Thats properly something in the table itself. Mostly the author should take care of this, but you can remove it as well, by finding the correct materials in the table file and move the outside the point of view, or hide the elements via de script. Or do you mean the texts on the backglass, because they should show it

Databasemanager has a feature for visual pinball, to create the vbs scrpt and edit it outside visual pinball., But you can also right click on a vpx, and select "edit". This will open the editor without launching the table

Is the setting in dmddevice.ini stayontop set to true?

What did you change recently that you have this issue ?

I really don't understand why you won't see th eplugins that you place in your plugin folder. do you have multiple copies of PinballX on your system ? Do you see the 4 DLL's for the plugin that are coming with the installation in the plugin folder? If I copy a plugin dll into the plugins folder and run Plugin manager : So sorry, to ask, but you sure, you unpacked the dll to the correct folder (and not place the zip)? Is the DLL unblocked ? See Unblock .dll file | Blog | Limilabs are access rights correct on the file (no access denied to user or system account) ? If this all is not working, and you move for example ledwizz.dll to another folder, will ledwizz disappear from your plugin manager? I really want to help, but not sure what is going on, on your PC

I've uploaded to the FTP server my Real DMD videos library (so should be available through DBM and Game Manager). It will show the table logo (some are animated), Year number and from @scutters the animated logo. All filenames have the suffix [Logo-Year-Vendor Style], to avoid any duplicates Videos are in Mp4 format and has a resolution of 128x32 (so real DMD here some examples (converted to gif) as they should show on your real colored DMD : 24: Avengers: Back to the future : Cactus Canyon Continued:

I checked my setup. I have setup Zaccaria as 'Other system' and point to ZaccariaLauncher.exe: When I select a table in PinballX, Zaccaria launcher is showing this : this can be modified off course in the Zaccarialauncher.ini : [BUTTON_ONE] TEXT=1 Player Classic Simulation ENABLED=1 PARAM=-skipmenu_player 1 -skipmenu_gamemode classic_simulation [BUTTON_TWO] TEXT=2 Players Classic Simulation ENABLED=1 PARAM=-skipmenu_player 2 -skipmenu_gamemode classic_simulation [BUTTON_THREE] TEXT=3 Players Classic Simulation ENABLED=1 PARAM=-skipmenu_player 3 -skipmenu_gamemode classic_simulation [BUTTON_FOUR] TEXT=4 Players Classic Simulation ENABLED=1 PARAM=-skipmenu_player 4 -skipmenu_gamemode classic_simulation [BUTTON_FIVE] TEXT=1 Player Classic Arcade ENABLED=1 PARAM=-skipmenu_player 1 -skipmenu_gamemode classic_arcade [BUTTON_SIX] TEXT=1 Player Classic User ENABLED=1 PARAM=-skipmenu_player 1 -skipmenu_gamemode classic_user [BUTTON_SEVEN] TEXT=1 Player Survivor ENABLED=1 PARAM=-skipmenu_player 1 -skipmenu_gamemode survivor [BUTTON_EIGHT] TEXT=1 Player Lamphunter ENABLED=1 PARAM=-skipmenu_player 1 -skipmenu_gamemode lamphunter [BUTTON_NINE] TEXT=1 Player Target Eliminator ENABLED=1 PARAM=-skipmenu_player 1 -skipmenu_gamemode targeteliminator [BUTTON_TEN] TEXT=1 Player 90 Sec ENABLED=1 PARAM=-skipmenu_player 1 -skipmenu_gamemode 90sec [BUTTON_ELEVEN] TEXT=1 Player Checkpoint ENABLED=1 PARAM=-skipmenu_player 1 -skipmenu_gamemode checkpoint [BUTTON_TWELVE] TEXT=1 Player Challenge ENABLED=1 PARAM=-skipmenu_player 1 -skipmenu_gamemode challenge the 2 important settings in the INI file is the location of Steam and the exe file [SETTINGS] STARTPARAMS=-applaunch 444930 -rotate right -skipmenu TITLE=Zaccaria Pinball Launcher PATH=c:/pinball/steam\Steam.exe Other settings are user independent the good thing of this launcher, is that it can be used for a lot of emulators/programs that are using command line parameters to start pinball program. hope this makes sense

Thats why DBM creates videos , when even the hide checkbox is checked (and bg videos is checked for creation ) Create your own documentation, so you are aware why things are set
-
It's maybe not the best answer ( as my vendor tells me this alll the time at work), but upgrade to latest version, reproduce the issue and post your log.txt and settings.ini for investigation

Spinning Ball Animated Wheel Images
Mike_da_Spike replied to scutters's topic in PinballX Media Projects
Nice ones @Draco1962 I really dont have any photoshop or any other graphical skills, but like your frames. Are you willing to share them (and do you also have gold?) I'm in progress to update all my wheels to Tarcisio style images -
Think this is the correct post for it : https://forums.gameex.com/forums/topic/21736-zaccaria-direct-launch-for-pbx/?do=findComment&comment=194346 As it is a long time ago, think you only need his launcher. When I'm on the cab today, i will check how it is setup on my system

@Tom Speirs See 2 post above. I can confirm that this is not working correctly. When importing a wheel in game list manager, the Wheel is updated in the GUI and under Missing the Wheel is removed, but when importing another media type, (download or via explorer), the 'missing' label will not be updated, until the database file is reloaded (or game manager is relaunched) I added this one to the bug thread (good spot @roccodimarco!)

Let me know if you bump into any issue and if it is working for you Not completely sure what you mean. Maybe create a video to show what you mean.

On top of my head: PinballX will have put a xml file that contains most of the tables, except the newly released ones. A bit the same as for zen pinball fx2 and 3. In your databases folder there will be a 'zaccaria (pinball?)' folder with that xml file. Using gamelist manager or Databasemanager (which I prefer), you can edit the xml and add/remove tables and manage your media as you will do for other emulators as well. Dont think you need to use the ahk script anymore, as it has dorectlaunch from commandprompt and you dont need to use key sends to get the correct table to launch. You can still go that route as well if you prefer that, but don't use the Zacaria system to setup, but use a custom system. You can also use joyrider's his launcher. Set this up as custom system as well, and you can select for example the ammount of players, type of game (arcade or simulation) etc. All up to you what you want

Try to post your log.txt and pinballx.ini in this thread to start with. Maybe something is not set correct. I tested yesterday my zaccaria system and it was still running with the latest version of pbx

No, i used inballarcadeloader. See my settings screen. Try to set it up, like I did, but with your paths Edit : I see it has multiple command line options as well, i use @joyrider3774his fx3 launcher, to parse the correct parameters and post it here as well (when I have time/energy) Btw Although my system is very fast, TPA doesn't play smooth.

I spend some time today with TPA, but it is working like a charm. See below video. This is my setup within PinballX : (note, that I installed steam in my C:\Pinball folder. I have a full backup on c:\pinball, so want to have all for pinball in that directory) I use a start and exit script as well : Start Script : @Echo off C:\Pinball\Tools\DisplayTools\DC2\dc2.exe -configure=C:\Pinball\Tools\DisplayTools\DC2\profiles\4kDisplay_Arcooda.xml start /min C:\Pinball\Tools\DMDext\dmdext.exe mirror --source=pinballarcade --no-virtual -d pindmdv3 --quit-when-done pushd C:\Pinball\Tools\Joystick.Gremlin.R13.3 start C:\Pinball\Tools\Joystick.Gremlin.R13.3\joystick_gremlin.exe --profile C:\Pinball\Tools\Joystick.Gremlin.R13.3\Profiles\GremlinProfile.xml --enable --start-minimized Dc2.exe is to set my screen correct DMDext.exe is to use freezy's magic to grab the DMD from memory and display it on my real DMD Joystick_gremlin.exe I use remap my Pinscape controller to Vjoy as vjoy is most of the time the 1st joystick controller in a game and then my buttons won't work Exit Script : @echo off C:\Pinball\Tools\DisplayTools\DC2\dc2.exe -configure=C:\Pinball\Tools\DisplayTools\DC2\Profiles\4kdisplay_landscape_60p.xml taskkill /im dmdext.exe /f taskkill /im joystick_gremlin.exe /f taskkill /im cmd.exe /f DC2.exe to set the screen correct again And Task kill to kill all apps that should be closed And heres a video of my cab :

Your English is much better as my French, so don't apologize for it. I'm Dutch , so most people understand my Denglish as well. I didn't use TPA for a long time, and I used freecammod as table launcher. But think you need to set the process to monitor to the exe of tpa itself and not to your loader Process=PinballArcadeCabinet.exe (Or in your case pinballarcade11.exe) Can you give it a try ? To be honest, i would not put time/money and effort to get tpa to run, as VPX has all the tables as well (except 1) and the graphics, physics, ssf sounds, dof and backglass are way better than TPA. But just my opinion

Instructions are already on bg. Think flyers are showed on playfield, as most flyers are in portrait mode and bg is in mostly placed in a landscape position. That would show the flyers smaller compaired to the playfield.

Please post any question or issues to the general thread. I'm not aware of any limitation How many tables do you have added ? I'm not using game manager, but knows it can handle my tables
