  2. As Tom mentioned. GDI capture doesnt work for future pinball. And because you have not a NVIDIA card, yiu cannot use the driver caption option.
  3. Not sure why, but I'm eunning windows 1909 with latear security uodate and PBX with DOF is still running. Also fx3 and all other emulators are running
  4. Thanks @scutters. So a surprise is coming to display author/version and comment? Can't wait !
  5. I'm not exactly understand what you mean. So launching pbx and selecting a table, loads an emulator with table. You can play fine, and exiting to pbx your buttons not working ? Can you post a log file after the issue happen and your settings.ini ?
  6. Could it be related to this ?
  7. Did you added lately something to DOF? I see in your log file access denied to com3. Do you have teensy and a real dmd ?
  8. Did you setup the plugin correctly and also the pinball x dof settings ? Not at the cab, but was something with all of that
  9. How is this table loading outside PBX ? Looks like it only takes 8 seconds when visual pinball x is loaded 4 sec for pinsound and another 4 sec for visual pinball itself
  10. Yw ! Credits for converting part goes to my good friend @scutters
  11. No limit in gamemanager as far as I know I have 1200 tables now and still working fast. Not using FP, but thought there was an issue getting videos/screenshots from, but not sure
  12. See the loading Gifs thread. @scutters converted my ac/dc animation for you
  13. Got that part to work fine Tom. thanks. (My system is Visual Pinball) And now the exit game also works. Really nice Tom !
  14. ah ok. So that can be 1 command too. Will try that one too !
  15. Yes, I get that. But still gave me false. Must be me EDIT : just give it another tty on the browser and returns true back... Sorry buddy. Must have made a typo somewhere I think I like this function !
  16. Just a question @Tom Speirs: If I want to use What will be the correct command ? launch&p={{TextField}}&p2=Visual Pinball This won't work for me (returns false in the browser) EDIT : Command Exit Game doesn't close a table (emulator). is this only for Gameex and Gamex arcade ? also return false in the broweser The Shutdown computer works !
  17. I just tested it. pretty fun. Exit game worked after the 3th time. It recognized the comment, but gave me results of "exit game" or "quit game" If I perform "launch" a table, is that only for the specific system, or is that for all systems ? It looks fun. My kids and grandkids will come over today for a birthday party, but I will definitely show this ! EDIT : I see the examples for system and tables. Sorry (A real ICT person never read a manual :P). Will check that too !
  18. I know that feeling buddy. Although it is weekend I don't have time to play with it. But will give it a try next week
  19. I'm definitely a Android guy. I'm not allowed to use an Iphone (from my wife) Ah ! Didn't see the release notes. I thought we had Google assistant integration on the Cabinet (in PBX) "Hey google, start PBX for system VPX table AC/DC" , Not sure if I should like it, but definitely is fast. I will check it later this week !
  20. Sorry Tom. Don't use it. (I wasn't aware of it too) What are the voice commands ?(need to find a microphone to hook up to the cab)
  21. Checked today (sorry didn't have time to check my cab before) I'm running windows 1909, latest PBX version and FX3 in full screen mode and tables are launching fine for me. I have a 2 display setup with a real DMD. Are you guys using a 3 screen setup (I know Joyrider has)
  22. If you start with virtual pinball and a front end, you need first understand the basics. First start with an emulator and get this to work. If you understand how the emulator can launch a table from the command prompt, you can implement in to a front end like pinballx Virtual pinball is (sorry to say) for noobs very difficult. First setup all correctly. Set playfield correctly, make vpinmame work correctly, install and configure b2sserver, maybe install DOF One of the tutorials I used to understand visual pinball was : https://www.vpforums.org/index.php?app=tutorials&article=1 This is a bit outdated, but maybe you understand how it works. If you just want to start with knowing how PinballX can work as a frontend, use Zen Pinball FX3 from steam. Setup is easy. Cabinet mode is free (within 2 days you get a cabinet code) and thought there is a free table (rest are all dlc packages)
  23. Hi Steve, welcome to pinballx. I don't use future pinball, but can you attach your pinballx.ini and your log.txt where you just reproduced the issue? With logfiles and your configuration, someone is able to help you
  24. Nice catch. I can check tomorrow how my cabinet is setup for fx3. I think full screen, but maybe I changed that ...
  25. You can always revert back to previous version in one month I'm not a steam expert, but what is gamebar ? I have my steam also on auto-update, so if a new version of FX3 is there, it will autoupdate the next time I launch a table
