  1. Thanks Tom. Sorry for my bad English explanation. It will be tomorrow when I can check it
  2. Yes. Name is misleading. Not sure what the old version did with the size. If it is 1:1 it is squished completly to a tiny pic. I just think that v2 is a setting the picture to 'full screen' , but as I said, not sure what v1 is doing I am terrible in defining names, sorry for that
  3. No no. You dont miss something. Dont get me wrong.
  4. Ok. Understand, but if I have a picture of 3840 x 2160pixels, displayed on the same resolution, why is the image so tiny , if the stretch underlay is set to no ? I'm already in progress to modify them, and looks must better to set the stretch underlay to yes. Thanks for this update !
  5. still working for me in version 4.41 ! thanks @Tom Speirs
  6. When changing the underlay to 3840*2160 and in PBX setting set to "Stretch underlay images" to No, it shows like this : (so definitely is stretched) (yes, it is under the text ) Setting the option : stretch underlay images to Yes, it shows correctly (only all out of balance, but thats my issue) But this is only why I create a full image (same size as playfield)
  7. I thought with the latest version of PinballX that the over and underlays where not squished I'm running a 4k resolution (3840 x 2160) on my playfield. I have underlays that has the resolution 949x2160 But in PBX the underlay looks squished (not sure if that is a correct word) for example the underlay looks like : check the round part (I received this from a friend and not able to share, that's why I put some red stripes in it) but in PBX it looks like : Is this normal behavior and should I make all pictures 3840 x 2160 instead of 949x2160 ? PinballX.inilog.txt
  8. Haha. Well. I didnt had the issue on my cab
  9. you're on a roll @Tom Speirs ! Yup , fixed it indeed in 4.39 so you remarked the following line : if user.Region = location.EU then banner.text = screwed ??? not sure why you added that line Thanks for the quick fix mate
  10. This only happens when PinballX is started Scrolling through tables/systems fixes it (Attract mode doesn't fix it). And not only the banner text, but also table text :
  11. Since I upgraded from 4.35 to 4.38 the banner text (and the message that I sign n to gameex online) is screwed See : Log and config files attached log.txt PinballX.ini
  12. Not sure to which jpg's you refer too, but the one I posted and diwnload from this thread are having a transparent background.
  13. Thanks to @scutters, who did most of this release, we updated the download version to 1.8 ! @johnwillsey we also implemented a dialog when you want to overwrite a file. Is this what you suggested ?
  14. Nice ! So all working now for you?
  15. You have in others system the option to setup 25 different emulators. All numbered via a pull down select box
  16. An easier way is just to delete the dmddevice.dll/dmddevice64.dll from the install folder.
  17. sorry. I don't have FP on my cabinet and never used it. But a 2 min video is pretty long. All my videos are just 20 seconds (reduced it lately from 45 seconds to 20) I think there are others here to help you with FP
  18. @Tom Speirs You have any idea ? According to the log, pinballx is hunging after the escape key is pressed
  19. Properly because this was a vbs converted to exe. I have a compiled visual studio version too (that doesn't shows as infected), but doesn't have all the options that the old version had. If you just want to create video (random pick a layout) and create 1 loading video, just let me know, I can send you the files (exe and modified config files)
  20. I have an i7 7600 (or something) with 16gb of mem, a rtx2070 and a ssd (m2 sata 500mbs). And I can sctoll through all videos and show them without stuttering. I created them via Pinballx with the gegorce capture option (4k 60 fps). Check ftp. I think there are some fx3 playfield video that you can check as example
  21. Not that I'm aware of. I habe all video in 4k h264 and h265 with 60fps and no stuttering. You have the lav codecs installed ?
  22. Fullscreen exclusive mode gives the program that is running complete controll of the screens, so no other program can run on top of it. I run vpx as well in fullscreen exlusive mode and that is working. Are you sure, that when you press the exit button that is defined in pinballx, it closes complete your emulator ? Can you post a new logfile (with all your settings changed) after you run a game and you dont see your backglass ? Are you able to select a 2nd table from pbx and run it after it happens?
  23. Sorry, cannot see why it is hunging. Is it really hunging, or when pressing alt tab you see pinballx running ? Is it terminating the emulator that is running ? Did you try to run pbx as admin ? If it is freezing, do you see anything in tbe eventlog ? Pinballx not running in compatability mode ?
  24. No, should not have to do with visualpinball. You should not see the quit menu when you press escape key Can you try to setup vpx as a system ? To see if you have ⁹the same behavior? And not sure where the screenshot is taken from...
