  1. I did knock up a VPX one a while ago using one of the VPX logos (not sure who came up with the original, thanks to whoever it was..). Think i intended to polish it a bit more, can't remember. If anyone makes a pack of animated system logos feel free to use / adjust / include this if you want.
  2. I think it's gif only (no apng). But i haven't tried, just my suspicion.
  3. I have update the pack to V1.2 (once approved) Lots of the logos requested have been added. Enjoy
  4. General question for anyone using the Media Audit function in database manager; Are you happy with the results format or would you prefer (maybe as option) to output in some kind of format for e.g. excel or batch file use? Any thoughts / suggestions welcome! Thanks.
  5. There must be, but i don't think you'll find the answer here. There are some audio samples on planetary pinball but you've probably already found these.. https://www.planetarypinball.com/mm5/Williams/games/revenge/multimedia.html https://www.planetarypinball.com/mm5/Williams/games/starwars/audio/audio.html If you do get all the sounds you want be sure to post back with a video so we can all see your pinballx mod in action!
  6. As weel as the extra info, make sure you have the lav filters installed from https://www.pinballx.com/
  7. All table list, press a flipper, look away and then release flipper?
  8. Please attach your pinballx.ini and log.txt files. Was it the same with vpx 10.6?. I haven't updated to 10.7 so not sure if there is some issue there (i don't think there will be, but a possibility)
  9. Sorry, i'm not sure what you mean. Is the DMD area too big while playing a game (vpx and vpt?), or is it the wrong size in pinballx?
  10. Bloody hell Mike, are you sleeping with the vpin now?!
  11. It's the \pinballx\log\log.txt and \pinballx\config\pinballx.ini files that should be attached. If you want to change the size of the DMD and backglass areas it's the width and height you should change, and then position that area using the x and y
  12. They just appear in the additional detail area of pinballx (with game rating, system name etc) if you have that set to do so. I tried to make most of them start on a 1st frame that is the main logo, and display that for a couple of seconds before the other frames to try to stop them being too busy. I don't have a video recorded, but you can always download them, try them and then delete if you don't like them. They'll probably be the only gif files in your company logos folder so easy enough to identify, and you don't need to delete png images before copying the gifs, pinballx will just use the gifs if found.
  13. @PcTeknic Here's a zen studios one to get you by.. I'll add it to the download pack when i've got a few more. (thanks to @Mike_da_Spike, i used his fx3 real dmd videos as source)
  14. @PcTeknic Thanks, glad you like them! I concentrated on the mainstream companies to start with. I'll try to add more, but it might take a while as i've got a few things on at the moment (blame @Mike_da_Spike)
  15. Noticed i had an error in my previous reply (sorry, that may have wasted your time) Based on your last log most settings for the system entries are probably now correct except the parameters line. Please amend parameters to; -fullscreen 1 "[TABLEPATH]\[TABLEFILE]" and if that doesn't work try adding a file extension as Mike suggests (.bin maybe?, i don't know), so try e.g. -fullscreen 1 "[TABLEPATH]\[TABLEFILE].bin" If neither of those work then please post new log and ini files..
  16. Are you using a pup pack with south park? (and if you are are you using them with any other tables without issue?) Not sure how that'd cause an issue but might narrow things down. Also, it looks lke you use vpinmame in the front end. Try disabling that and see if that helps, easy enough to change back if it doesn't.
  17. My guess is you need to beef up the hardware , but double check the AV exclusions and maybe play around with the VPX settings to see if they help (the main thing that would slow it down is texture compression but you have that turned off already) Maybe @Tom Speirs will have a better suggestion.
  18. @steveg64 Don't know what your vpx video settings but if you have texture compression set to on that will slow down load time. Can you confirm the table in the log file you posted was one where you saw the issue? (for timing info)
  19. Is it just the tables that take longer to load that have the issue? I think there may be a limit on how long the loading screen / video is displayed for (but i'm not 100% on that), so maybe the slower loading tables just go beyond that. If it is that maybe you could speed up load times, use SSD if you're not already, anti virus exclusions etc. Edit - similar post here https://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/23765-loading-screen-disappears-vpx-still-loading/, no resolution so just for info
  20. I guess the problem now is indicated by the ffmpeg output; [h264_nvenc @ 00000000032779c0] Cannot load nvEncodeAPI64.dll [h264_nvenc @ 00000000032779c0] The minimum required Nvidia driver for nvenc is 436.15 or newer Not sure if @Mike_da_Spike can adjust script for that if you don't want to update nvidia drivers (as some people have bad experiences)
  21. The KillPinSound.bat batch file just contains the TASKKILL line in my post above. You can paste that line into notepad and then save as a .bat file by changing the 'Save as type' drop down to All files in Notepad. I have that file saved in C:\customscripts and so set that as the working path, but you can save it wherever you want and change the working path to match.
  22. Just change it to whatever folder you keep the batch file in
  23. I call this command in a batch file as a 'launch after'; TASKKILL /F /IM "PinSoundStudio.exe" /T Some people leave it running minimised. I prefer to close it after each table.
  24. Just an additional note; it isn't just wheels and logos that can be animated - it also works for overlays and underlays. Loads of possibilities there!
