I had a similar problem, and used the goodgb64 dat (get it here - http://www.emuhq.com/attachment.php?id=42 The archive should be extracted to the dir containing GB64 roms. Use gbc2long.bat to convert roms, it will rename to c64 zips to more meaningful zips and place them in a gb64ren folder. Now, use cmpro thingy and add the "Gamebase64 - Licensed V2.03.dat" to the dat database using default settings. go to rebuild, point to your roms for source and then select the gb64ren dir as your destination and rebuild. I used this system to convert 15,100 gb64 zips. The file structure of the resulting zips is not perfect, but works fine for me. ie. '1994_00023_01.zip' becomes '1994 - Ten Years After (23).zip'. I tried to create sets using other dats (toesec and no-intro I think!) and only got a few hundred to build. So I will stick with the GB64 set. The GB64 set also has the bonus that multiple disks are contained in one zip (disk1 of 2, disk2 of 2, etc). This is handy when using my config as when CCS requires a disk change, press f10 and the unpacked files are all there ready to select the next! Not sure if this also works with GameEx's built in zip support? Hope this helps Tempest! If you get stuck, feel free to use google :) <smirk> Chriss - You should be able to find the full V2 get of GB64 roms, or download a complete Gamebase64 setup with roms (can't tell you where - say hello to google). I used a fresh v2 set and as i say, using the method above, build 15,100 roms. There does not seem to be any roms worth mentioning missing - good luck.
