  1. I think I may remember a problem with it from the command-line. You could just always mount the image and then load the emulator. I'll have to do some testings. Bare with me as I don't have it setup on my machine at this time.
  2. I personally don't agree with this. I don't see a point in using batch files as it's just a bunch of files needed to accomplish the same thing as 1 map file.
  3. Perhaps try the following command-line? demul.exe -run=dc -rom="[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]" This is untested as I don't have an image to test with at the moment.
  4. I see an image on the screen so not sure what you mean. Also it looks like it's listing the roms inside your game set. Turn off zip support as it's not required in arcade emulation.
  5. Thanks Tom!
  6. Perhaps a bug was introduced. I will do some testing and then mark as a bug so that Tom will be aware. Thanks for the report guys!
  7. So from the command-line is the only problem you're having or in general? Are you able to play an image from the gui outside of GameEx? Please give more detail so we know where to begin.
  8. Good deal! Enjoy!
  9. Search turned up this. That seems pretty forward.
  10. Thanks Tom!
  11. Have you set up your buttons in MAME? Other than that, the only way to make work out-of-the box is to use the xarcade.cfg file for your controls. That way they will map to the standard x-arcade setup. Depends on your liking.
  12. Ahhh the gold ole reboot! Works wonders! LOL. Glad you got it sorted out.
  13. I see you're using a native resolution of 1680x1050. What resolution are you using in FBA? Also what version are you running. I ask these things so that I may test.
  14. Easier if it proved to work. LOL. But as you mentioned still had problems. It was all a matter to do with settings and also could have been their hardware. Hard to say. I personally was never able to test as I didn't have FLV video snaps. Thanks again for your post and hope our users are able to benefit from them.
  15. So Alt+Enter isn't putting it to fullscreen outside of GameEx?

    Virtual NES

Sync options can be found by clicking Options >>> Timing in nestopia. If you wish you use VirtuaNES still then may want to try using Stu's Cursor Hider plugin included with GameEx. I've never used it but maybe what you're after.
  17. Shark007 is the suggested codec pack for GameEx. But thanks for the share.

    ZInC

That will work too. Just more info that I need to look for. LOL. Change your command-line from: zinc.exe To: zinc.exe [rom] --renderer=.\renderer.znc This is assuming that you have the renderer.znc file in the same directory as the ZiNc emulator. Since I'm on now and you're on, you can meet me in the chat room for real time support. Click on the chat tab found on the top of the forums.

I mean your emulator config. You are trying to run as a standalone emulator now right? Since you mentioned that you are using a map file then that would be the case. If using as a standalone emulator then please post your emulator config. Instructions on how to do so can be found in the guide by Tempest found '>here. Follow step 1 please. If you're running as an integrated part of GameEx then please post the Zinc Options that you're using in the Zinc section of setup in GameEx. As mentioned it's best to use the integration but I setup as both for troubleshooting purposes. Different people like different setups.

If it's doing that then it is definitely a problem with the command-line. Now the command-line can vary so hard to say exactly as I don't know what you've done so far. Please export your config and post the results here so that I can have a look. This just means that you don't have the necessary roms to run those games. Best to build your romset to match the version you're trying to run with a rom manager like rom manager or clrmamepro.

What kind of problems? What do you have so far? Don't give up! We can always troubleshoot by chat or by remote access. It get's kind of hard to go back and forth in the forums because we can't see exactly what's going on. So if you give up then that's up to you but if you want to try to get it going then let me know.
  22. You are correct! I'm sorry! I never notice this since I generate my own. My post will always have the latest version and I'll try to update frequently. So if you ever have a request then just post here in the forums and I'll post there for you. Thanks for the report. And no problem for the post. Had it already generated. Just never posted it. Enjoy!
  23. It's included with GameEx install, is it not? I have this and haven't posted so will be posted shortly in the user submissions thread. Click on the link in my signature.

    MAME vector

As always. I would think after a few times that you would get better at it. No switches are needed if ini files are used and enabled.
