  1. Fixed. Will be in next release.
  2. Im looking at this now. Ill try and get it fixed for the next release.
  3. Works fine for me on Vista 64 with that theme and resolution. Can you post your gameex.ini and ill see if its some other setting. Thanks. tom
  4. By the way, it will only show in the log each time you change your mame.exe. Not every time. Play around and post what it says, it should say what mame version it detects or if there is an error running MAME > Help
  5. Can yout post a direct link to the MAME build your using and i'll take a look. While your back there, dont touch the monitor.
  6. Press "Delete". The game is then added to the filter list.
  7. My bad, will be fixed in next release. Thanks for reporting.
  8. Delete all the .dat files in the data directory beginning with jukebox. (it will take a while to scan first time you load jukebox again).

No worries, I WAS asking for feedback. Thanks
  10. Try this. you shoulddnt need a bat file. Keep everything else and change the command in gameex to exactly as follows: ..\..\BlueMSX\blueMSX.exe /fullscreen /diskA "[ROMFILE]" PS: In your batch file you have a quote in the wrong place "C:\Emulation\MSX\BlueMSX\blueMSX.exe /fullscreen /diskA" "%1" Should be "C:\Emulation\MSX\BlueMSX\blueMSX.exe" /fullscreen /diskA "%1" OR C:\Emulation\MSX\BlueMSX\blueMSX.exe /fullscreen /diskA "%1" Quotes should only be around filepaths/filenames and are only normally required when there is a space in them. Try that see if it works. If not there is another way, and you deffinitly should not need a batch file to do this.
  11. Use the advanced config app to setup. FFDSHOW should be off, and experiment with VMR. Maybe you did not install GameEx properly. it needs to be installed for DVD to work. If this is not the case Videos wont work either. Do videos work?

Just curious what is wrong with GameEx's in built support for mapping gamepad controls to keys?
  13. Might be because your using non english windows. Look in Start > Programs > Accesseries > Media Center and copy these to where they should be on a german install.
  14. Yes, Under "More games and programs" > "Export To MCE"
  15. 8th April, 2007 - GameEx 8.01 Supports MKV Videos (codecs required) Upgrading GameEx forces a re caching of graphics. Should fix a few issues Emulator groups now properly turn off any databases
  16. This is now fixed in 8.01. It also supports .mkv without having to rename to avi. Go grab it.
  17. Its never done that. NP but should be a feature request, and posted there.
  18. OK. Can you confirm the error log below is when you start playing a dvd, or is happening all the time now? Also confirm, did DVD's used to work for you. ie is this something new? Here's possible errors I found in your config. I noticed in the config, an MPEG 2 Video decoder is not specified for DVD's In addion you have the use FFDSHOW setting turned on And you have VMR 9 turned off. Look at those and post back. Thanks. Tom.
  19. What Jukebox mode are you using? If its windows media player it must be some kind of issue with your library or the add ins your using. Gameex basically just reads the library uysing WMP itself in media player mode.
  20. GameEx checks for button 6 for this.
  21. If its not setting it to two, it means GameEx is not properly detecting the version of MAME your using. What build are you using?
  22. Can you zip and post C:\program files\gameex\config\gameex.ini
  23. Might be cos Ive had a couple of pints, but I dont undertand what your talking about. Sorry. Edit: Sorry its the version 8 bit that through me. You can do this with the setup wizard. Theres up and down arrows.
  24. Yeah sorry, sometimes im dangerous with admin access
  25. By the way this release "should" fix the gamepad exit error you were getting a while back.
