  1. Try this: Go to "Mouse Properties" "Pointer Options" tab uncheck "Enhance pointer precision" Apply OK Also, does it do this with the mouse unplugged? Have you tried depressing the wheel several times to ensure it's not hung in the scroll position? Go to device manager and check for driver updates on the mouse.
  2. I loved Tron as a kid and thought Legacy was a fantastic sequel. I really wish the follow up to it had been finished/released while it was current, as the cast seem to really gel to me. Instead they blew it off and any momentum it had is long gone and lets face it, without Jeff Bridges, it isn't Tron! This fellow has a pretty harsh take on it, but it's sort of hard to argue with him. As much as I wanted to love Solo, it was just okay. John Carter was decent, but not great, and the same could be said about Blade Runner 2047. That movie had so much unrealized potential it's just not even funny, but I think Harrison Ford has lost his mojo or something, all of his characters are just "there" anymore. Pacific Rim was great, but I didn't bother with the sequel as it just screamed "Bomb", so as I read this guys take on things, I tend to think he's right. https://www.forbes.com/sites/scottmendelson/2020/08/11/box-office-tron-legacy-sequel-will-bomb-like-terminator-dark-fate-pacific-rim-uprising-x-men-dark-phoenix-and-huntsman-winters-war/#65f001756c84 I'm convinced that Disney can screw up just about anything!
  3. https://variety.com/2020/film/news/tron-movie-garth-davis-director-jared-leto-1234730540/ Not a direct sequel to the first two. Maybe it's just me, but Jared Leto doesn't jump out at me as necessarily a good thing. Seems everything I've seen him in that he his in is obscure and odd. Joker, Blade Runner.....
  4. I've seen most of these, but the first one is a classic and I figure everyone could use a good laugh!
  5. Yep, free to play, but pay to win!

  7. Check these threads for some ideas. https://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/15038-resolved-daphne-singe-batch-files-question-or-any-batch-file-help/ http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=150889.0
  8. I get what your saying Felix, my moms family is from incredibly rural community in Kentucky where things would be much the same as you describe, even today I believe. We've (most of us anyway) have never had it tough, instead we've become soft, entitled and incredibly spoiled in many ways. Having to deal with a completely dystopian existence is something I fear would bring out the most selfish of characteristics and not comradery.
  9. Not that I disagree with the sentiment, but this isn't apples to apples. We don't know the full health or financial and future economic impacts of the current situation. There are also a shitload more people now, which cannot simply be assumed to be linear to something that occurred in 1930. This is a projection starting 30 years "after" the great depression census of 1930 ( which didn't get a tally on until the 2000's because of the depression). A 30 to 30 projection would likely be more accurate, but this is more than likely within the acceptable limits of +/- percentages to be considered relevant. Perhaps we come through this better than the doomsayers indicate, but the potential for turning far nastier is still very much present and completely unknown at this time. Somebody would come for you in this day and age for squatting, a hell of a lot more somebodies at that, and with whole helluva lot less food to go around given the current number of mouths to feed. Throw in the fact we haven't seen a complete collapse of society as we know it, and there is no possible correlation here. Who had AC in the 30's, streaming media or any modern comforts of today? Take these away and watch the world turn into chaos like never before. Certainly nobody is sitting at home making more money than they did before all this in 1930, but many of us are. We have been being pacified, wait until that ends!

  11. At the rate everything spiraling out of control currently, we may not make it that many years.... <edit> just read your other post Shame it doesn't work here, I just start yelling "Customer Service" to each question, and usually get someone breathing upon the third time.
  12. I've just discovered these within the last couple weeks myself. They do look pretty nice if you're looking for these type of controllers.
  13. What are we all going to do when all the manufacturing is robotic, support is automated and the masses don't have jobs to be able to afford things that need support? oh yeah
  14. Will the Atari VCS ever be done. Why yes, well done in fact..... I like mine with a nice Chianti
  15. Austin is back FYI
  16. The thing that really stands out (to me) about this fellow is the fact he was already coming in behind the original "brains" behind the project, who I believe is also suing them because Atari execs cut some ridiculously unrealistic royalty agreement with him. Now this no show stunt really has to make you wonder exactly what is going on. Atari has backed themselves into a corner, taking pre-orders at places like Wal-Mart. then not delivering....oh boy! Then again, maybe Wal-Mart ends up owning Atari and it all works out in the end. Regardless, they've gotten themselves in with the big boys and may have no other option that to file for bankruptcy in order to bail out of this massive nose dive they are in. I have to say this entire scenario certainly ran through my head as I was buying into the arcade book backing on Kickstarter.
  17. Somehow missed this: https://www.theregister.com/2020/06/03/atari_wages_lawsuit_default_judgment/
  18. This has always been met with a bit of skepticism, but it's certainly not something that isn't still being pursued. It's also still believed to work, by some anyway. https://www.express.co.uk/news/science/1219586/nasa-news-physics-broken-albert-einsten-emdrive-spacecraft-engine-tested-spt
  19. It's most certainly something I'm enjoying watching, but right now I don't need more stuff to pile in a corner and collect dust.
  20. I have seen some reviews indicating the easyget USB controller having a tendency to behave erratically and require constant tinkering. Overall this doesn't seem widespread, but as a test have you tried just using GameEx with a keyboard and seeing if this problem still exists? If so, then it may be worth seeing if something is steeling focus away from GameEx. https://www.adminscope.com/downloads/window-focus-logger/ These older titles have pretty much been working without issue for a good while, as long as it's not some alternate version. then I wouldn't suspect that's the issue.
  21. Ain't nothing like the real thing baby!
