  1. Just doing some searching, if you haven't done so already give B2K24 and nullPointers posts here a look.
  2. Just curious, have you tried running GameEx Lite just to see if the problem is there too?
  3. "We're breaking the silence" Two things will immediately begin: For men, something else to pee on! and to the SO in the house, "hey, you left the damn squattypoty out again!"
  4. If anything it looks so specialized with the controls and curved screen, that there's good chance it will be worse than SWT. That, and it'll probably take a E7-2890V2 to do it.
  5. Try changing your theme.
  6. Yeah man, some visuals would be really cool!
  7. Okay then, stick with a generic version if you must. I'll be watching from my Guinness stool
  8. Have you tried an over the top insatll of GameEX? If you're running the current version of GameEx you can download and install it over itself. Your settings should not be affected, as this is how the updates work anyway.
  9. Might want to give the verify setiup a run if you haven't already. Could just be one of those easily overlooked path typo's that gets pinpointed in short order.

  11. That battle pod is amazing looking!
  12. I am green with envy Adultery has let us know he is taking his familly there soon! Man, I can only imgaine how cool that place must be! Field trip anyone?
  13. Yeah, for a long time I thought just a regular shop type stool, like the ones in the arcades back in the day. They had the perfect foot rest built around them, and you pretty much couldn't get it positioned wrong. I'm just a bit concerned with the fixed height, and the possiblity it doesn't work with my setup.
  14. Well, mostly comfort One of the things I dislike about my current setup, is standing for extended periods of time. My temporary stand isn't really as tall as it should be, so this problem is compounded. Regardless, I've been looking for a good stool to address the problem, and thought some of you may have some ideas too. For me it needs to be comfortable, look good, or at least not be ugly, and come in at a good price. I found this Black Quarter Stitched adjustable Stool at Overstock, but debated ordering one (somethng I'm frequently guilty of) until it was OOS. Anyway, I ran across these old bookmarks and started looking some more. Turns out Home Depot is running a sale on select stools, and I think I may give this one a go. The self-centering feature should come in handy for those days you perhaps enjoyed a few to many libations. I figure with free ship to store, that it's a safer alternative to ordering something online and taking the chance it's a dud. Here's all the "special buy" stools, but some of them are just
  15. Man what a strong performance, sure touched Robert! Seems John Baldwin has aged somewhat slower than the rest of the band, maybe it's just for men, hah I have to admit when I first saw this thread..... Probably one of the first riffs I learned on guitar too.... You've got good taste Draco, two of the greatest bands ever IMO
  16. I recall the kickstarter on this one because I was a huge Total Annihilation fan, but it seemed to stumble out of the gate with some mixed reviews, and so it fell off my radar. The Steam reviews are mostly positive now, so if you were on the fence at alll on this one, nows a great time to pick it up at 80% off!
  17. The new release includes a "lite" version tailored for lower end hardware, but the new release replaces previous releases just the same.
  18. Cool, thanks for the info. I was pretty much forced to the iphone scene, but I may give it a go regardless.
  19. Those versions are no longer available. 1.98 is the current, and supported version that is available for download. Previous versions are sunset with each new release.
  20. Cloud based gaming company indicates customers won't be getting refunds. I suppose it's sort of the ugly side of cloud based services, as well as how hard it is to go up against a 800 pound gorilla like Steam.
  21. I was getting ready to finally give this a try, as it seemed to be getting a little more love with these latest releases, but seemingly the love / hate relationship persists.
  22. How about now? I can see the GameEx game selection screen.
  23. wait for it.....I see it, there's a cylon in that picture
  24. They don't want ya going anywhere
