  1. Sweet!
  2. It works for me, too. At the very end I thought they missed Lee Trevino's Fighting Golf, and sure enough it showed up in the credits.
  3. It's a known issue since they've updated the site. See this post please.
  4. Shoot a message to user Tom Spiers. He's the big cheese and will take care of your request.

From what I understand doing a full 3 minute Google search the imps recording is a part of Wolfmame. With that being said GameEx doesn't restrict, or otherwise hamper, anything an emulator does. It launches the particular program as requested and "sits back" while the game program is running. You should be good to go as long as Wolfmame is running as you want it outside of GameEx.

    1. Yes 2. I have no idea what inps is.
  7. Thank you for posting this. It's pretty sweet. He does have nice tools to work with. That digital angle finder is sweet!
  8. Happy birthday, sir!
  9. Ahh you beat me to it. 11 tables for $5. That's a pretty good deal. Now I feel like I need to build a pincab. Not going to lie. This is the best $5 I've spent in a long time.

    Hello

Do you still get a discount on an EmuMovies lifetime purchase with GameEx? If so I would highly recommend it. That's about the only regret I have with GameEx is not taking advantage of that offer.
  11. I'm not worried about it, stigz. You're too respected on here to even think about trying such nonsense. I just wanted to give you a heads up. I added the executable to the ignore list and called it good.
  12. I tried unzipping the files today to give it a whirl. Windows Defender won't allow CPWizBiz.exe to be copied over. It quarantines it immediately. Here is the link to the Microsoft page that comes up to explain what it thinks the executable is. http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/threat/encyclopedia/entry.aspx?name=Trojan%3aWin32%2fPeals.E!plock&threatid=2147691763&enterprise=0 I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit for reference. Defender is updated daily.
  13. Happy birthday, u-man!
  14. Ahh well. I tried. I haven't really cracked into the GameEx.ini file before. I also didn't realize you were the one who asked the question. In hindsight I'm guessing you've already dug in under the hood.I'll see if I can recreate the problem tomorrow.
  15. I have a similar setup to yours. I went through and noted WMC (I think) settings differences between our GameEx.ini files. Try this because, who knows, it might be right. I changed the values in my setup to yours. I couldn't duplicate the problem, but it did act pretty weird. Backup your GameEx.ini file to GameExOld.ini or something like that. Search for "MediaCenterMode" and change the value to "2" Search for "MediaCenterOpenCheck" and change the value to "true" Save the new file as "GameEx.ini" and give her a go!
  16. I may have jinxed you with the memory hangup. Sorry. I think they don't want to deal with the guide data for the 428 of us that use WMC. Sad to say but it's a dead product for them. As it stands they transitioned over to Rovi for guide data last June (or July....sometime in the summer) because that is who's providing data for the XBONE. It's not nearly as good as the previous guide data provider. I'm hopeful for SiliconDust's DVR solution. If that proves to work well I'll put a low powered small PC running Windows 10 in the living room and get rid of the power sucking Xbox 360, complete with broken DVD drive, that we're using for an extender right now. Windows 10 is leaps and bounds better than 8/8.1 We have 4 computers. Two are running 10, and two are running 7. I hope to have them all on 10 by the end of the year.
  17. I have Windows 10 on my emulator/gaming pc. It's working pretty well so far, so count me in that 34%. I do get a memory hangup on occasion. I think it's more a bad memory stick than Windows 10 to blame. I do have WMC running on it and that seems to be working decent as well. That being said I still have Windows 7 on my main pc because we use WMC for our DVR. I much prefer native support over a hack to ensure our tv shows get recorded.
  18. I'm fully holding all of you responsible for the time I'm going to lose messing around with RA. I looked at it a while back and decided to stick with the emulators I've been using forever, but after reading this thread I've decided to give it a go. I'm not that far into it, but tinkering is almost more fun than actually playing the games we're all trying to set up. I'm looking forward to all of the extras it will allow my emulation setup.
  19. Lcd Smartie's website says it's supported, so that may be the way to go.
  20. Very nice. Boot to GameEx, with a 10 second delay in the event I want to run something else, is about 45 seconds. Great work, Adultery.
  21. Congratulations, RedDog!
  22. Ha. I'm not going to create an account on that site to talk about how great GameEx is but I remember when I was looking for a front end I came across HyperSpin first. All the pretty colors and fancy spiny shiny things. Ohhhhh. Ahhhhh. And what a pain in the butt to setup. When I did finally get it set up I ended up not even liking it. Enter GameEx. The thing I like about GameEx is that it gets better the more you use it. It grows with you. It can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be. And the community. The community is one of the best forum communities I've been a part of. That alone is worth it. In summary: GameEx: Yay!
  23. Happy birthday!
  24. I can't speak for the vector games as I haven't tried it out yet, but the other settings work with 0.169 just fine from the few games I've played since updating.
