  1. TBH, this should be a feature request. Maybe Tom can add a MAP file path? That would clear up the games I remove from the list (like '75% Off Final Fantasy VII' and what not).
  2. Another quick note, if you need profile 3 to launch every time but don't need the others, I suggest you load blank profiles for the first two. Also your joy 3 needs to be the third one detected by the system. In other words, plug them in in order and leave then plugged in. I'm working on specifying controller profiles based on the guid but that feature isn't ready yet. When it is you can tell the plugin to load a specific profile only for a specific controller, which would be the best solution really for a setup like this.
  3. Just to fill out the list: I'm pretty sure that MAME=0 Daphne=1000 GameBase=500-550. I can't remember offhand what 1001 is...
  4. It has nothing to do with instability. That was part of the latest release. If launch on exit isn't working that's something related to the feature where GX runs in the background for GameEx Online. This is a setting and is configurable as noted in the release notes. It should probably still execute that command though even if it's only sleeping. @Tom: Also it looks like Emu 1000 is causing a crash looking for an invalid mdb (missing the file name). Which emulator is 1000? Daphne? Likely unrelated but it's there none the less.
  5. So now fur the million dollar question. Is the Setup Wizard setting the font size to 1,5 instead of 1.5? That would be a bug obviously.
  6. It shouldn't matter I don't think. Admittedly it's been a while since I set this up but I think you can set that file name to whatever you like. I believe the code looks for the file name you specify and overwrites it if found or creates it if not.
  7. What exactly was the problem? Illegal xml char?
  8. Ohh good spot! I bet GameEx can't get past the age entry to access the content. Not sure if that can be fixed in the scrape...
  9. I actually prefer it, Dazzle! Thank you!!!
  10. Oh so you haven't even tried it yet? I never make it to the last page of the verification thingie. Haha! Ya I would just try it.
  11. You'll know it works if you delete or move the map file that's in there and see if it downloads one.
  12. Sorry I meant to drop the first and last quote and see if GameEx adds them back in.
  13. One other suggestion. Is the whole thing enclosed in quotes in the GameEx.ini? If it isn't, remove the outer quotes in a text editor and save it. I can almost guarantee the extra quotes are breaking it.
  14. Hmm... Try and put the file on the root of your C drive instead? Ahh Dazzle is ahead of me. Same idea though.
  15. Ok. Can you try changing -mappath to -mpath ?
  16. Well that's because it's not doing anything. You changed the folder to use an underscore and the cmdline also I assume?
  17. Hmm, well I know it works in my rig because the date of the last download was the last day I booted up the cab. Must be an issue with the space in the file path, but I'm not sure. Can you please try that and also try it both ways in cmd.exe to rule out a GameEx issue?
  18. Also, just for kicks (assuming you haven't already tried) take out the space from the file path and see if it makes a difference. If it does I'll look at a bug fix.
  19. It's fully enclosed in quotes there. Try it in cmd.exe the way I put it.
  20. I hate to ask, but you downloaded the EXE right? Here's how mine is set and it works for me: GameEx LaunchBefore: "C:\GameEx\MISC\HiScore_Updater\HiScoreUpdater.exe" -type 1 -fpath "C:\GameEx\MISC\MameFavorites\HSComp.ini" If I try to do a MAP it also works: GameEx LaunchBefore: "C:\GameEx\MISC\HiScore_Updater\HiScoreUpdater.exe" -type 0 -mpath "C:\GameEx\MISC\MameFavorites\HSComp.map" I just verified it and it works.
  21. That wav file is encoded in a weird way which is why it won't open for you but okay in PBX. I should fix that.
  22. Are you enclosing the whole command line in quotes? You only enclose the paths in quotes. "D:\Utilidades\HiScore Updater\HiScoreUpdater.exe" -type 0 -mappath "D:\Utilidades\HiScore Updater\HiScore.map"
