The ones I've bought haven't let me down so far, but its almost like comparing gfx cards. The resulting preference depends on the user. 2 TB MyBook standalones and many a WD Black still run fine on my machines. But one incident can easily sway my opinion.

Its why I prefer WD over Seagate. I got a go drive that worked one time and died and their support center gave me the runaround. It was a gift with no receipt so no luck there either. I hope you're faring better than I did Han!

Perhaps not but one of the coolest for sure! That app should be abandoned in favor of the weather plugin anyhow. Its kind of like doing the same thing two different ways. I mean except for the 7-day outlook. /me shrugs

Hello friend! Let me see what I can do... I'm pretty sure that the GameEx Logo X file was done in Google Sketchup. You can learn more about creating your own 3-D images by going here. These are set individually in each emulator's setup. Some theme images are for core GameEx features, and ned to be named the same to work. You can additionally add _Foreground to the page and have it overlayed onto your image. So if you did one for N64, then N64.PNG is the background and N64_Foreground.PNG is the overlay. To apply them you simply open up at emulator's settings and point GameEx at it under "Custom Emulator Background".The flags are for GoodMerged sets (when you extract Super Mario Bros.7z for example, the ones with (J) display the Jap flag, (U) displays the USA flag, etc. You could achieve this simply by putting it on the "background" page I mentioned above, and the rest of the elements on your _Foreground. I hope that's helpful.

I'm aware of the external links (I was just toying with this now). They say you need Joy2Key (or Xpadder) to map keys to the joypad on the website (I figured as much). The reason links don't work is this is an offline version (same with the ad server), but I'll add a class that looks for net connectivity and launches links in another window (and connects to the ad server but I'll have to get on with the creator for that). Honestly this is more of a proof of concept than anything else. The final release will have all the resources embedded. This was just a "quick and dirty" version so I can see how it behaves in other environments. Thanks for testing Han! I really appreciate it man. This is just the beginning if I can refine it (there's a couple more flash games I'd like to embed into an EXE too). EDIT: Shit. After a re-read I see the links *do* work. Sorry I misread your post. I still wanna do a redirect on that and skip this if the web connectivity isn't there... I assumed they didn't work because I was offline when I tried it.

I'm trying to port this game so I can play it offline on my cab (yeah, I want it that bad! LOL!). Anyone want to test this out for me? So long as it works, I'll make it full screen (well the form anyway... Wouldn't want to distort the game images), add some more gfx and add the code that retains the game save instead of wiping it out when you clean your history (as was mentioned earlier). Probably need some other minor tweaks too... Just need some results please. Gracias mi amigos!!!.

Easy. Save on exit, import when launched. Sounds easy anyhow... For GameEx anyways. Screw everyone else! Lol!
