  1. You don't have to do that if you disable the filtering, as Draco mentioned.
  2. Lol! Yeah, same from me everyone! I got you all the same thing I got ya last year!
  3. Humble has been good to me lately! Thanks for the tip!
  4. Well sunomabinch! Nice one Tom!
  5. For example: game.cxi|Donkey Kong™ Country Returns 3D The game.cxi needs to be the full path to the ROM. Not just the folder, the full path. You'll probably need to use quotes instead too. Try this: "C:/Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D/game.cxi" "Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D"
  6. Yeah, you're definitely on the right track. It's gonna take some effort for sure. You're really looking at full file paths mapped to ROM names with friendly display. /Side note: How's the compatibility with that emulator? I kinda feel like it's gonna be PSP-esque, in that I have a CFW 3DS and gaming on a cabinet just wouldn't be anywhere near as good as the original hardware. Even the DS was kind of hit or miss, and I don't even have it enabled anymore.
  7. I can tell you right now you're gonna need a map file.
  8. I think you got lucky that it works to be fair. I highly doubt it was intentionally added to require user intervention on notepad. Since it does though, you're right, we should add it to the Wizard.
  9. You can pick a different turtle by using a different controller port (if this is the 4p version). I use P3 usually because I dig Donatello. That's me anyways!
  10. I'm pretty sure it's a reg key. Email Tom, he might be able to help you out.
  11. If I didn't already have one, is be all over this. Underrated and under supported, but wasn't it a great console?
  12. Shit, thats in IL? Pinball, Mario Kart, bowling and the food looks awesome. I'm down! Next time I go south to hit the Galloping Ghost I'll see if I can get over there!
  13. It's still in active development. I've seen some pretty cool things happening, can't say much more than that. Rest assured it's still a thing!
  14. I don't use this emulator, but it's probably this command line: ootake.exe "[RomPath]\[RomFile]" If you need additional assistance, please post your GameEx.ini and log file.
  15. Happy birthday my friend!!!! Glad to see you get another year wiser. Nowadays every day is a blessing!
  16. Lol! I'm definitely down for a powerful Android box and would purchase one of there was one and it looked nice. Oh wait, the Shield already exists and it's cheaper...
  17. You should check out the PicoDrive core, no unzip needed.
  18. Indeed!! http://retroachievements.org/user/Adultery
  19. Same. I had to switch some cores around for my GameEx rig, but was already using RA for my emulators anyway so I can have a custom bezel. The effort was minimal.
  20. I use RetroArch for RA. You don't need their emulators unless you're authoring. You do need specific cores though. If you wanna know what cores to use, here are my suggestions: FCEumm for NES (Rumor is QuickNES also works, but not for Android which is where I mostly play) PicoDrive for SMS, GG, GEN, SCD Beetle PCE Fast for PCE Mupen for 64 (I think, not 100% sure) SNES9x 2010 for SNES Let me know if you have questions but the setup is pretty easy.
  21. Hmm, your last update in my DB was today... Not sure, but everything on my end seems OK.
  22. N64 emulation is still in it's infantry on RetroArch, but it's one of the most actively updated cores out. They'll get there before ya know it and RetroPie will dominate.
