Errmmm... not sure of the command line. However, wrote a quick guide here for setting up PCSX2 with gameex. I'd strongly recommend setting it up with a launcher so you can have individual settings for each game: http://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/13947-pcsx2-setup-with-individual-games-settings/

hi bclinton, This is the exact predicament I found myself in recently. Cab all setup, but not knowing which games work well for which CP Layouts. DOn't think it's really platform specific. For example, Tekken 5 on the PS2 works great with just four buttons and a digital joystick. However, some older platforms, like N64 are a bit of a nightmare! - For example. Goldeneye doesn't work well at all. However, other N64 games will work fine as long as you can get away with digital joy and number of buttons. I'm putting together a user-contributable database of console games that work well on cab/arcade sticks. Curently ironing out all the creases, but once finalized, will include link for people to add games. Please feel free to contribute when you find good games for cabs! Read up a bit on WHS 2011 + Stablebit. I'm sure you can just plug n play drives from yer 'old' whs1. Wonder if it's a task of turning off duplication then removing drives (removed drives still have the files on them in hidden folder). WHS1 would then shuffle round your files to stay on drives left in server. Then install WHS2011 and just plug n play your pool drives into this install. If it goes belly up - you'll still have the files on the removed drives. This forum has been helpful for me (eventually!): http://www.mediasmartserver.net/forums/

Yes - terrible use of "crummy" - slang. Agreed Hans about M$ - and shame cos there were a lot of good bits to WHS1....until you got a sticky disk (or 2 in one go in my case!). I have a feeling they won't give up on the home server market... it'll just get bigger and bigger as people's tech catches up and people get fed up of files spread everywhere (tablets, pcs, phones etc)

Yerp - looking this way... WHS 2003 (Win XP based) had Drive Extender. WHS 2011 (Win 7 based) had... errr nothing!! However, Stablebit Drivepool looks good + well lauded - $20 WHS 2012 (Win 8 based) seems to have possibly re-introduced DE type functionality. However - think this is quite expensive. Also, i spose it depends on what kinda hardware you're gonna run your new OS on. Think my aging EX495 would pop a cork on 2012 upwards!

What a coinkydoink! I'm just in the middle of upgrading my MS EX495 from V1 to 2011! Disk + debug cable ordered - awaiting arrival.... From my (limited) reading, Hans, I think you can use "DriveBender" and "StableBitPool" (or something) to do all the redundancy malarky. Think also read that if use these, then can use 4TB drives in your server Have upgraded the CPU without too much fuss. However, single 4Gb Ram stick all coming out around £90! Look great!! Would consider these for my theme. Only reservation would be how some (e.g. Dreamcast) would look against a dark background - i suppose difficult cos could equally be placed against a light one! White glow around dark logos? btw - are there actually any tri-force games that are emulated? I see Dolphin states supports Tri-force, but no games compatible

I'v enever chased this one down properly, but I think there may be a thing about having GameEx and the settings wizard open at the same time. I'm sure I'v emade changes in settings wizard whilst GE open and the settings haven't been changed. What works for me: only use Settings Wizard when GE closed.

GreatFlash (the db guru) helped me out with this some time ago. Do a good search and it should come up somewhere! Sorry - don't have the link. Oh, the answer is "yes" there is a db for this!
