    PCSX2 Loader

UPDATE - I was talking crap. PCSXLunch works fine. See post here: http://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/13947-pcsx2-setup-with-individual-games-settings/
  2. Here ya go.... http://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/13947-pcsx2-setup-with-individual-games-settings/ Tried PCSXBonus as well - preferred PCSXLunch Served me fine so far...
  3. It can be frustrating, Charles - I can totally understand that after many spitting feathers moments. However, the good news is that many before you have worked through these frustrations and found solutions - so you don't have to! There are lots of "per emulator" considerations to be made and to be honest, I would just use the "auto" setup part the Wizrd just to get rough values in the boxes and then fine tune from there. Searching on your specific emulator + terms like "setup" or "command line" or "settings" should get you on your way with each. There is a need for one central place for regularly updated setup instructions and I believe a wiki has been started. My advice: 1. Download emulator independently 2. Get emulator running with roms 3. GE Setup wizard > include emulator 4. Fine tune The GE emulator settings 5. Get GE + Emulator playing nicely together Rinse and repeat for each emu. I really would only concentrate on one emu at a time. So, specifically, which emus you struggling with? Maybe we can restore yer faith and energies in baring with GE! Good luck, brother.
  4. Isn't there also an EmuMovies downloader? Did a lot of my asset gathering via this. i.e.: Setup Emulator Setup GameEx to boot emulator Run EmuDownloader (or whutever it's called) outside of GE to grab assets based on your sets Reboot GameEx to see all that lovely artwork
  5. Congratulations, Riffman. And oohhh... the name makes sense now!
  6. Can't help with the rest, but I wonder whether this bit is to do with theme views. Maybe search "Change View" with/without your theme name.
  7. I'll send Mary Jane round next time with yer grocery shopping.

    PC Goes Pop!

"PC goes Pop" "KRC goes B******ks" "Community goes S**t, dude!" "Friends go 'time to help out" "KRC goes 'gizza few extra bucks so I can buy liquid cooling this time' " Time to build a new PC, dude! Exciting stuff.
  9. Ooooo... that's nice. Clean, crisp and clear, like a Gin and Tonic.
  10. Hello folks, Finally getting round to finishing touches... artwork! What do you guys think of this as a Marquee? Will be in vector format for finish. All feedback welcome. The artwork bit's a nightmare - like the 2 day paint job on a house that's taken 8 years to build!

    PC Goes Pop!

That's a tough break. Insurance? Pitching a tent outside of Zalman's HQ??
  12. Peanut of the week goes to Dazzle - that did it - had to remove then re-install missing games. Thanks Dazzle. 'spose I should have tried that really, butcha know how it is....
  13. Understandable. However, you got the coin door, buttons and joys, cab carcass and monitor. Apart from the PC - most expensive bits. The rest - your local flea market might be your friend (Speakers, amps, wood etc etc) I even got my rubber mallet for the T-molding from mine - 20p!!!

    PC Goes Pop!

Take out that candle case mod you were using. Go for the more modern gas burners That probably didn't help at all did it? Anything still in warranty? Failing that, slap it all back together and do a flying sale at a flea-market in a neighboring state? Oh, that also probably didn't help at all did it?
  15. Sounds like you got the passion to build... thought about a new scratch build?

  17. Thats a good idea thanks daz. Ill give it a go
  18. Tried that as per nulls advice above draco. Didn't work. He did mention that steam no longer uses vdf files. Will try it again tonight though given ge update. Needing someone who knows about the ge and steam interaction technicalities.
  19. Just revisited this with the new GE update and still having the same problem. Anyone got any ideas? Very frustrating as loving the Steam games - just can't get GE working properly with them.
  20. Damn. How can the human brain even perceive what's going on on that screen!?? Just revisiting the old school classics like R-Type and Salamander, and I'm struggling to get past the early levels.... And games like this... damn! Why didn't I put a rotating monitor in my cab!? Oh... that's right, coz that would have been a bit too much of a leap! Maybe next-time. Lovin the schmup updates... keep 'em coming. And cummon Steam - more, more, more...
  21. Cool. Cheers Tom. Looking forward to poking around.
  22. Many happy returns, old boy. btw... nail gun...
  23. Yerp. Would recommend.
  24. No worries Adultery - I always appreciate yer plugins. Yeah that, or the same Shift+Space functionality that shows/hides the CPs in emulators + Mame Cheers, chap.
  25. * doffs cap at dazzle - many thanks squire. *lifts his Bowler at Adultery - that'd be the ticket, old boy.
