  1. By the way it does send multiple inputs too. If you want a private Beta of the next version just drop me an email. .net 2.0 plugins are supported, and theres quite a few enhancments to the plugin system. Tom.
  2. Yes, Version 3 themes, HK is running a private Beta.
  3. I think setting MAME controls is covered in the FAQ. Take a look there first please, but let us know if you still have issues. Thanks. Tom

    dvd play ??

Just because your registered does not mean I cant ban you from the forum, or stop your registration working in future versions of GameEx. Period. Try pissing in open view in a pub/bar, then trying to go back another day, even if you purchased Champagne. Your obviously upsetting a lot of folks here that I certainly think very highly of, thats enough for me to ban you. One more chance or your out. Final. EDIT: All, please feel free to PM me if you have an issue with any user on the forum.
  5. Yes, that is correct, GameEx uses the map files for caching, but it should automatically update them if the rom folder is changed, unless you specifically specify a map file in the emulator config.. Can you confirm the folder is not corrupted. Is it on your local machine or network? Can you confirm the modified date (in explorer) of the folder changes when you add or delete or file in there? Thanks. Tom.
  6. Its working fine for me fine. Not sure whats going on. GameEx checks when the rom folder was last modified, and if its changed it should rescan.
  7. http://tomspeirs.com/gameex/download/Defau...l%20Calibur.zip
  8. If it works can you post back, as I'd like to add it to the faq for Win 98/ME. Thanks.
  9. That should work for MAME32 For the other emus try prefixing the command line with: start "emu" /wait e.g: start "emu" /wait nes.exe "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]"
  10. In the configuration, try setting the "start wait" option.
  11. Cupid, Just to let you know, GameEx sends the correct control types now (needs a list update). It will be in the next release. Ill add your other requests to the list or perhaps you can temp me to move a bit faster with some details at what your looking at doing
  12. Did you read the last item on that list about NVIDIA drivers? Note: On earlier NVIDIA cards you still need to use the older driver.
  13. On an all nighter mate? I must admit I had to do a couple this week!
  14. Hi, I cant see a problem with doing that, HK can probably send me similar C code for this like he did for the updated volume, if thats OK HK, althoug I can figure it out?
  15. Hi there. That is also in the works, as soon as I have time. Thanks. Tom.
  16. You can do mouse emulation with emulators (advanced config file)
  17. Ill look at adding Also Launch After, but just for your info therell be no need to use External applications at all in the next version. You can already seetup an emulator as an app, but in the next release yourll be abel to overide the show game info page for each emulator. Zoltar says your wish is granted. See above.
  18. Hi Exo, Sounds like this may be due to the latest ATI drivers. There's issues with them with gamex is using alpha blending such as with 3d Menu transitions and slideshow transitions. Cheers. Tom
  19. Some themes have mouse disabled. In addition setting "ArcadeMode" disables the mouse.
  20. Please post GameEx log (with this happening).
  21. Again.. Bug will be fixed in next release. Its theme related so use a different one. Cheers.
  22. Can you post your log files please (all of it). Start > Programs > GameEx > Log File.
  23. I can probably do that.
  24. Soon to be running Foreman Grill Linux V1.0 , possibly even a version of GameEx one dreamy day in the future.
  25. This is the GameEx window/application. When this setting is enabled, it displays a little icon/image in the top right corner with Version 1 themes and clicking it (with mouse) will switch GameEx between windowed and full screen. So its not just windowed mode. Its like Restore/Maximize. The effect is same as hitting ALT - ENTER in most full screen apps such as GameEx.
