I hear you. Thing is the video capture is not just for capturing B2S and visual pinball and it may break other systems and emulators. Not ignoring it buddy.

Probably the new map file option to check if files exist. Turn this off for the emulators. Your probably better off starting from scratch if its an old DA cab. DA have not been using GameEx for about 11 years not 6.

Also, perhaps try running PinballX windowed see if there is something going on that cant otherwise be seen.

This is odd but I notice you have the in built visual pinball set for VPX and also a custom system set for VPX. Also another system for visual pinball. Which one are you using?

Try disabling use b2s in the front end.

Im not sure I would call the feature broken and a fix required for this one off configuration. I can think of a workaround though. Why not just set the full width for when capturing and put it back after? The computer cant see the blind!

If you physically delete the core supported systems, you may get an error. The correct process is to disable them. Why cant you just disable them? I am not sure why you think physically deleting the folders would be supported? Anyhoo, it is not right now. I do get where your coming from though in that visual pinball still shows up in the game manager even though it is disabled. I will fix that for the next release.

Most likely an unsupported version of MAME you are using or a file permissions/security issue such as MAME.exe being located on a network drive. Probably different filter settings between the two GameEx versions. Red herring trying to compare the two.

Okay, Ill take a look later but you may need an old set or specific roms for model 2. It used MAME roms from a long time ago and I believe the resolution issue has been addressd. Ill look into it further when you provide the requested files.

These days with a fast PC I kind of think Model 2 emulator is obsolete now. Are all those games not supported in MAME yet? I know its certainly the case for Zinc. Those games run fine for me in MAME alone. I have not looked at specific model 2 support for some time. I know rom names are different and maybe they have changed again more since I last looked at it. it has been a while. If there is still a need for this emulator I will certainly look.

Looks interesting. Are they actually available? Looking for time to waste these days!
