I have not tested future pinball for a couple of years. It could well be broken but nobody has reported anything. Could you post the log with your changes please? I've got nothing else constructive to add. Maybe PinballX in memory is pushing your system over the edge. I wouldn't personally consider a system with those specs for 4k use on multiple displays. It could be some kind of other display conflict which I might be able to fix which is why I suggested you get everything to me. If there's something wrong with PinballX I need to be able to duplicate it to fix it.

I concur. I believe your issues are caused by the B2S server. Must be some kind of conflict with PinballX but not sure what. That's where you should look anyway. 8GB RAM is also considered the minimum these days for 64 bit. Then your running at 4k too. Could be that and explain why others do not have an issue. Sometimes the most obvious thing is the problem!

In my experience its a constant threat at corporates and the bigger they get the worse it gets. Little point being loyal or a company man. People should constantly be on the lookout for higher paying jobs in my opinion. And yes, take the money. I would not have said that 20 years ago. I will certainly be thinking of you but in my opinion your wife should be job hunting and being proactive.

Its a legacy thing to ma Its a legacy thing to maintain compatibility with HyperPin. PinnballX is supposed to pick up portrait mode when recording but I guess this unusual setup is confusing it. As a developer I would always rather make something automatic then make the user choose, right? I think things work pretty well for 99.5% of setups and that's probably the best I can hope for. There will always be the odd person things don't work for. There was a US president who had a famous line that applies a little.

Its been mentioned several time here. But for BAM I believe you need to add /STAYINRAM to the command line. Also I think you need to remove /ARCADERENDER This comes up about a couple of times a year and I chime in. I guess Terry's guide is wrong? He bats for the other side now so I guess it will stay wrong? As for the backglass size you probably need to mess with high dpi compatibility for the Future Pinball exe. its pre windows 8. As for the frustration. I hear you. I'm surprised I manage to keep my cool like I do. Like everything in life though launching your cabinet out the window is not the solution. Just a temporary fix. lol.

The only thing I can suggest is get the entire setup to me and I will try and duplicate. Right now this is all getting quite hard to follow with no sign of light. So unless we can manage to do that I am going to move on from this. Cheers. We all want to help and I realise you have a lot of time but not everyone else does and some are still working. So get the whole setup to me and I will test thoroughly. I will even pay for the cloud storage. As if there are issues with VPX it would be helpful. Cheers.

Something is obviously quite wrong here. I am just trying to troubleshoot. I don't have a fix yet. All this should just work. I am not sure why you are having these issues.
