  1. Activating noswitchres solved the problem with the aforementioned games but I think that now I've lost all the individual pixel perfect resolutions. Everything works at 640x480 now, right?
  2. I've got mameui32 .193 installed in a cab but some games (Scramble, Galaxian, Phoenix...) launched from gameex arcade edition do not show the correct resolutions. I only see the top left part of the game. If I launch them from mameui I've got no problem, the resolution is perfect. It's like gameex doesn't read the games' specific ini files that are in the ini directory. mame start command line in gameex ini is: -joy -nowindow -readconfig How can I let gameex read the games ini files? Thanks.
  3. I managed to overcome the stops pressing either the player 1 or the A button. Don't know what was stopping it, maybe some mame message window.
  4. It's a regular .193 mameui in a win xp mamecab. No net drives. I'll try to provide the gameex.ini and log files, thanks.
  5. Hi, I've encountered an issue updating my mame gamelist under Gameex Arcade Edition. It starts without problems, but then I hear a "bing" (one of Windows XP system sounds) and the update stops, but I can't switch to task manager due to fullscreen mode to see what happened and let it continue. Sometimes pressing button 1 or 2 on the cab solves the issue but then I hear the "bing" again and everything stops. I tried to update the gamelist in Gameex standard (not Arcade Edition) and it works. Anybody has a clue? thanks Luca
  6. Hi, I'm gonna update my GameEx installation but I don't want to lose my stats (most played games, games played by hours etc...) Is there a file where all the stats are stored? Last time I did the update I lost everything (registration included, but Tom was so kind to re-send the code to me). thanks Luca
  7. He's a blind Italian lyric singer. His name is Andrea (here in Italy it's a male name). Not near as good as Big Luciano was, in fact.
