  1. I would have happily lived with the damage for that price.
  2. Personally I use a local sign shop to do my printing, they do a fantastic job, apply the bezel decal for me, and don't seem to mind the use of copyrighted material. If you mention it's a hobby, they'll probably let you off cheap. Just call them if you have one around, most of the time all they ask is for a hi-res .psd or equivalent, and the attention to detail is second to none.
  3. I got a new job! Coding in PHP every day for a living? Yes, please!!!

  4. +2, even though I don't mind since my Steam is generally always on.
  5. Happy birthday, brother!
  6. Don't worry, there have been waaaay bigger n00b mistakes here.
  7. 1: GameEx has always been HTPC friendly. The versatility has always been a big positive IMHO. I don't see the broad spectrum being changed any time soon, and of course if you don't want the HTPC features they can all be disabled. 2: No promises, but I think I can probably make a plugin to look for and update emulators. Probably won't be for a while though, I have a lot going on ATM.
  8. My personal preference is to just 7-zip them together and use the artwork downloader to get the snaps, and then set the 'zip/7zip/rar' option on GameEx's advanced emulator setup. Admittedly thats probably not the solution you were looking for.
  9. No, that's the jam of the month club, Eddie... And it ain't no swimming pool.
  10. Funny thing is I was keeping an eye on the development for Shovel Knight in Game Informer, and I was on the fence about it. I might just grab it though, seeing as you and I seem to share similar tastes. I guess that'll be on my to do list this week.
  11. Now I gotta figure out why html isn't working. Lol!
  12. Can you try this one Drac and see if it works? I think I know where the bug is, I just want to confirm. <tagger_theme> <theme name="Pac-Man" author="Draco1962"> <description>A GamerTag skin tribute to Pac-Man</description> <version>1.1.0</version> </theme> <images> <background>Pac-Man\bg.png</background> <no_image>Pac-Man\no_img.png</no_image> </images> <layers /> <font> <outline type="argb" line="0">255,255,255,0</outline> <fill type="argb" line="0">255,255,255,0</fill> <path>Pac-Man\Action Man.ttf</path> </font></tagger_theme>
  13. I always loved Sim City and Sim City 2000, but the best sim game ever was Sim Golf. If I could get my mits on that again I would be in heaven.
  14. Okay. Can you do the color swap I asked for? PS: I fixed that regex error already. It's I'm the next update.
  15. If youre using alpha color, could you try the html variant or vice versa just to test?
  16. It seems to at least be the correct font, right? Can I get your plugin log too please buddy?
  17. It's falling back to the default black outline color and white fill color. I must have a bug in there, but I don't know why it would only seemingly show on your tag and not everyone else's... If you could zip me up that theme so I can have a go at it I can fix it. I don't have the laptop handy but I will have a look at it. Is it an alpha color or html?
  18. For #1, you can map these actions to a controller. I do this for my cab via Xpadder, I don't use that toolbar at all, so it is possible. You can set the keys under Input Settings to control the jukebox. For #2: Nope thats the right spot. If it's not working, you'll have to post your GameEx log and ini for a closer look.
  19. 1: There should be an option to show Most Played in the Advanced Emulator Setup. 2: If you move your mouse to the top of the screen it should show up. You can change that option to always show the toolbar if you prefer.
  20. I upgraded to an SP just for GS1 so I could sneak it into work easier. I really ought to go back through that and see if I can find all the Djinn this time around.
  21. I would have a whole seperate top 10 just for RPGs. In no particular order: 1: Xenogears 2: FF 3 (US), 7, 8, and the remakes of 2 & 3 for PSP, Tactics, and Lions. Oh, and the WiiWare one too. 3: Breath of Fire (pick any one, but loved the ps1 one! Still a great play, even if you opt for the psp remake, which was more or less a port anyways) 4: Any Dragon Warrior, but really loved the PS1 version that everyone hated... VII I think? 5: Super Mario RPG series, Paper Mario (Dream Team is awesome!) 6: Ultima series (I remember burning many hours on Exodus) 7: Any Zelda, my favorites being Wind Waker, Spirit Tracks, and the latest 3DS one (Link Between Worlds) 8: Suikoden (any of them but especially the first one on PS1) 9: Jeanne d'Arc (if you never got a chance to play this one, youre really missing out on something awesome) 10: Chrono Trigger (of course!) And for the ones that probably should make the list: Golden Sun (great series!), Star Ocean (any one, but really loved the 2 on PSP), Pokemon (when it wasn't cool yet, you know back when 50 shades of grey meant youre handheld's screen colors), Legend of Heroes (any of the 3 on PSP), Phantasy Star (IV being my favorite), and of course the Lunar series. I could probably even do a top 50.
  22. Not at the present time, but I may add that later. Some fonts just plain don't play nice with your tag, they're all 18pt hard coded (or maybe it's 14pt) but apparently not all fonts are the same size... Some are wider, some taller... I will probably add a setting in the form of large, small, and medium but I doubt I'll code in for specific sizes.
  23. Yeah I'm sorry, I ended up working on fixing bugs and a few other side things when I should have been working on that. Like I said though, if you finish one and want me to add it, it's really no problem at all.
  24. I haven't started it yet... I mean the theme database is done and the download page is scraping it already, but I need to make the actual upload page and a portal where users can manage their theme uploads, and hook them into your control panel. I can totally put them in manually if you do some with no hassle, it's really just the self service end of it that isn't ready. To be honest it's probably a weekend job, as in it well take a couple days. It's next in line but I have a ton of work that was dumped on me at the office right now, so I'm not sure when I'll get to it. Sooner than later though.
