  1. Happy birthday Jedah!!!
  2. First things first: Update your plugin to 1.2.3 and see if it helps. If not, please re-attach your GameEx ini and Xpadder plugin log and I'll look at it.
  3. Do you also use GamExtender?
  4. Millionaire. I love its lameness!!
  5. Free? Yes please! I haven't installed Origin but I think it might be time. Although I have a ton of Steam games I need to catch up on already... (firstworldproblems)
  6. It's probably detect pause too, Snapper pauses mame and then sends F12.
  7. I think the conflict is in CP Wizard unfortunately, the snap button must be hooked through it somehow.
  8. Takei is married to his partner, so random anal is probably out. He's on Howard from time to time and seems healthy, probably my fave. I share his dislike for Shatner. I've heard some pretty rough stories.
  9. How was this not Shatner? /me sad
  10. FWIW, I just wanted to add that I keep my list clean by making a MAP file and then copying only the roms in my MAP file to a seperate directory using the Map File Maker app. There's a feature to load a MAP file, set an input and output directory, and move these roms. I know it's not the solution you're hoping for but my list is neat and clean. Obviously this will not fix your database issue or filter non-working roms or anything, but I added that so I can keep only games I personally want on the server and 7-zip the full set for archiving. Hope that helps!
  11. We got a light dusting as they say. Just enough to be a PITA to drive home in.
  12. Rom name using NoIntro as a base I believe.
  13. What event are you launching at? Some of these are only populated at certain times. May be best to have a look at your settings.
  14. Lol! My kids have one of these, but there's a sledding park near our house (no joke, it's called the gully!)
  15. That's exactly why my wife bought it for me... It's a fun little toy and there's a ton of ways it can be used.
  16. Hot damn! Happy birthday my friend, and thanks for everything you do around here!!!
  17. Gotcha. I don't really have that issue. I do remember before I decided to go with the server that streaming was kinda hit or miss... For example, Shovel Knight ran great but 8BitBoy looked horrible and the input lagged. Pinball Arcade worked great and Worms Golf was unplayable.Maybe it depends on the game... Just crazy how little games play badly and the heavier ones seemed to not have an issue.
  18. My v2 handles RetroPie just fine... Not n64 though.
  19. Not sure why you would need to do that. I install my Steam games on the server and point both my laptop and cabinet to that directory and it works fine. Each install sees the directory as just a local directory. Disclaimer: I have a fast network so it may be an issue if you were to share that directory in a workgroup or something.
  20. I'm sure these files are included to step around making end users install the C++ redist package, which is minimally required for some GameEx functions. But Tom will have to say for sure... Although as Drac pointed out this is the first time since 2006 I've ever seen or heard of anyone having this issue. There shouldn't be any kind of conflict with any DLLs since the ones installed in the GameEx folder are specific to that install, unless of course you have something blocking the installer from doing anything like this (ie you installed it to My Programs or a Windows folder location or some similar path and are having permissions issues or whatnot).
  21. I didn't even know this was possible... Too bad I can't link Mario Golf to GBA like that!
  22. 7 was flawless for me, I guess its the aggrivation of having to set everything up again. I thought it would be a good idea to start over since so much has changed from when I came in as a new user. Probably not on top of my list of brilliant ideas.
  23. My only difference is 'optimize for' is set to 'none'. I will be doing some digging over the weekend and hopefully I can sleuth it out.
  24. I did what I always do I think, but not sure since I lost my default options when I re-installed. What I should probably do is get the exe pre-compiled and benchmark. Drat, this is a headache. Should have left well enough alone, but x86 and 4 gb of ram (not to mention the inability to use recent Dolphin builds) was beginning to be intolerable.
  25. Nope, just the rom. My network runs pretty smooth so the bottleneck isn't there... My steam games run off the nas and load nice and fast, and some are pretty sizeable.
