Not yet unfortunately, I get my 40 of PTO in early August.

I'm jumping in on two of my systems, my cab and my DJ booth computer. Unfortunately then I'll have 7, 8 and 10 between my various machines. But the impact will be minimal if it doesn't do what I want it to.

Function Logger isn't the issue, I believe that's a generic display issue error. Do you happen to know what table caused this? Or more specifically can you recreate it using specific tables or do some work one time and not the next? I feel like it may be a corrupted video or something.

/Off-topic: What exactly is the advantage to using something like WHS 2011 over Nas4Free or FreeBSD? I don't understand why you would go through all this trouble over a discontinued software, especially considering all the advantages the alternatives have (aside from being free).

I'll stick to Magic Engine since I already paid for it and it works great. But I do use the Mednafen core in RetroArch for some things and I can't complain.

Step one is to enumerate the number of game pads and only apply profiles if they're connected. So for example, I have 8 profiles set up but only 3 game pads are currently plugged in. Previously it would still push all 8 profiles, so Controller 1 and 2 would be fine but 3 would end up getting profile 8 since all the rest are applied to the last controller. So now it will quit after 3 instead. It should also be noted that it re-pools the enumeration right before the emulator/game launches. If you only keep one controller plugged in and then company comes by, just plug that sucker in and load up your game. Easy enough. Coming soon (if I can get the time together) I may set profiles specific to the Device ID/GUID. So you can set Profile 1 to your specific controller and then it will only apply that profile if it finds that specific controller. I guess that would be "Phase 2" of dedicated controller support. Imagine being able to specify a profile just for that NES Advantage but you only plug it in for Super Dodge Ball. Slap that bad boy on Game Profile #8 and it'll look at all your profiles and see if there's a match before applying the profile. I also updated all my plugin framework code to the latest versions which only adds a big efficiency bump thanks to an overhaul of some important base code I put out for QuickLaunch. More to come in the next release! Stay tuned!

I've been doing nightly builds for a while, but I'll grab this and see how it flies. I already love this emulator, can't recommend it enough.

On that page you listed there's a Game Tagger update if you press the configure button. Can you update it and let me know that it works? I won't be able to test the updating until this weekend.

If it requires a wad then no, you can inject wads. But they don't always work, which is why I asked.

The thing they failed to mention is that game sucks.

Does GameEx have two teams? It's in there twice.

So is it command line friendly? Or do you have to wad your games? I'm sure they need to be in a wad because I'm pretty sure the 'emulation' code is part of the APK. Would be cool if that were not the case though! Sweet thread title btw! :-)

Yes. The key should be in the 'My Products' area of the catalog: Your Profile > Client Area > Products
