Late jumping in here, but as an avid DC burner I should mention that alot of the 'overburn' for DC discs you speak of is just DIR data for your burning application. Dreamcast rips have come down to a science and they use every compression tool imaginable to fit everything on one CD-R. Also, since you're new to DC burning, you should know it's IMPORTANT to keep your burn speed LOW. I usually burn at 4x since it's important not to have any corrupted data on your DC game - trust me on this one! If you're 80% through a game and hit a bad sector, it sucks. Any other burn-related questions ask away. Sorry I was so late on this one. PS - 90 minute CD-Rs are way too expensive for what they do - you could be out as much as a Dula Layer DVD per disc if you make a mistake or there's a write error. Did I mention how much I love my DC?
