  5. Hmm, is your font size exceeding the size allotted for the tool bar maybe? Just taking a stab at this.
  6. Hi. I have this set up on my WS monitor but it's still "in a box" as it were. I don't think it's really possible to stretch the image that way within the emulator.

  8. You use marquee magician you say? Oh man, you'll be sorry you said that in a minute! I got issues there with Windows games! I'm gonna go right for UVP on this one. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing right.

  13. I was mistaken, it's an Intec charging staion. It works great, and fits snugly in the bottom door of my coin door. Haven't really hardcore tested though, we'll see if they still work after 6 months.
  14. Well the 2nd display is in the cpanel instead of on top. I use the widescreen tables for VP9. How do I get the active backglass on the cpanel that patch into the roms? The backglass is already built into the table script or is there a vp plugin for this?
  15. An active backglass would be cool, it would kinda work like Future Pinball does if I follow you. Lights that work with the table (like Whirlwind) and old school tables (like Millionare, it's a guilty pleasure of mine) would also be compatible. Now the question is how. If they're a set used with VP9, which one? Spanned tables?
  16. Ok, looking good so far. I have to do this for each table right? Also is this fix going to work for the 2 monitor setup or does the DMD just kinda sit in the 2nd monitor? It looked cool when it filled up the whole thing. And finally, if it just moves the DMD to the 2nd monitor by mouse drag instead of filling it, is there a way to add the back glass? That would look nice!
  17. Man, back to SNES woes! I can tell that the image is switching to 16 bit color like it's supposed to, but for some reason it won't load the image I have it set to. Instead it applies the custom resolution to the picture I use for when GameEx is running. There's usually a blank spot right before the switch so I know it's not doing it. The MM.ini shows the right image is selected and the resolution settings are correct so I just don't know what else to try. Man this emulator is driving me nuts. I think I'm gonna try deleting the i_view32.ini and recreate the template and see if it makes any difference. I also have issues when adding custom paths to artwork. I keep getting "Illegal File Header" errors. I use a static snap anyway, just was toying with MAME trying to get the marquee to pop up. I created my own emulator images to fill the extra screen instead, so not an issue for me. Just curious as to why that would happen. PS: I gotta be driving you nuts now! PSS: Man, this SNES emu is really making me nutso! It just won't work. If I add MM to the LaunchBefore line it returns to GameEx. If I launch a BAT file from AlsoLaunch, it works but the top screen where the game goes is black (although I can hear it). If I launch a BAT file from LaunchBefore, it falls back to GameEx. Any ideas? PSSx2: I think I finally figured it out. I use a batch file to launch xpadder in AlsoLaunch and I launch Marquee Magician in the Launch Before field, and I got some of my slashes backwards. Knock on wood I think everything's OK.
  18. I use a pipe for MAP files if it makes any difference. Maybe I'm not observant enough to notice this? *shrugs*
  19. I use these controllers, but you gotta get the rechargable battery pack seperate. My charging station came with 2 battery packs. You will also need this so your PC can "see" the controller (one reciever can handle 4 controllers with head set). Be advised if you decide to go that route that once your controller turns off windows takes it out of the controller menu as if it didn't exist. This in turn causes emulators to lose their mapping if you start the emu without all your controllers on. Xpadder came into the mix then, and it took awhile to set everything up just right, but was well worth it once it was all said and done.

  21. Yeah the d-pad has a 4-way that twists into the disc. I thought it looked silly but the kids love it.
  22. Hiya. I got this working sorta. What I need to do is get the DMD to come up on Monitor #2 (it does), but the playfield on Monitor #1 is black. If I hit F5 it fixes the issue, but I have the black box in the corner where the DMD used to be. For now I'm using Sendkeys to correct this, but if anyone has any tips I would greatly appreciate it. PS: Future Pinball works just the way it should in MultiMon mode.

  24. I use a battery pack for mine, but I think it's a NyKo charging station. The battery packs fit perfectly. I have 2 silver xbox controllers for the xbox but admittedly I never use the xbox. GameEx really sucks up all my free time.
  25. not to be a pain in your ass, but this breaks compatability with your VPinball wrapper. The overlay goes to the 2nd monitor instead now. Any idea what to do to fix this?
