I would just rather keep emulator mappings to the keyboard, and I love xpadder for setting up additional features via the shift key on my pads like state saves and stuff. I'm always looking to make the cab as user friendly as possible, and in many cases I don't have to worry if I lose any settings due to an update if the controls are the same way they are out of the box. Xpadder also stops Windows from treating the trigger buttons as an axis, and in many cases I want to be able to use both buttons. On an axis you can't do that. I also love it for games that require a mouse, because I can map a mouse to a stick and eliminate the mouse altogether. Finally, I play alone alot and I'd just rather not have to turn on both controllers every time I play a game. Just makes it so I don't have a bunch of "rules" people have to follow, it just works out of the gate. Play, have fun. It's just plain awesome IMHO. Once I started really playing with it and seeing what it can do, I just never looked back. @massop: Here's my ssf.ini: ...and my setting.ini:
