Just to be clear (never touched AutoIT before) the command is: Smccmd --speed 1500 before and smccmd --speed -1500 after? As in that's what you'd type at the command prompt?
-
I'll import it into Visual Studio and you can test it out if it doesn't work. My laptop os is 64-bit so we can see if it works. Its just the WMP control, and as I said you probably already have it. Not sure if the calls to the 64-bit interop change over the 32-bit one which may be a problem switching it. Make sure you copy the original somewhere safe though!
-
Or at least pm the video?
-
Correct me if I'm wrong (I probably am) but if you're on a 64-bit system and have WMP you can get it from the program's directory (the DLL might also be in the system32 folder). Try a search for it, I don't have my laptop handy. Drop the InterOp part though. No promise it'll work though. I really feel like the problem is somewhere else as in the codec for the video isn't supported. Idk.

If you wanna execute a specific command, maybe there should be a plugin for this. GameEx already passes orientation for MAME games. Is there a switch you can pass the executable that controls the pivot?
-
Actually it was a three day project. In and out real quick. There's a ton more I wanna learn, this stuff is pretty basic. First time using a printer object though!

Damn fine Drac! Not sure how I missed this gem!!

Current version: 1.0.1 Some of you know this, but I like to mix records in my spare time. I record a lot so I can give stuff away too. Needless to say, if I'm spinning my laptop is near by recording. Sometimes though, I may be playing out of the studio and want to record the live set. Rather than have to worry about keeping my records in order or trying to remember them later, I can input them on the fly since my laptop is right there anyways. This also makes it possible for me to archive all my set lists should I need to see what tracks I played at wherever, maybe for future reference (I can pull up any track list at any time essentially). I can also make notes as to what works and what doesn't for future gigs. I realize no one here will probably use this, but I made my landing thread here anyways since I'm here more often than some of the places I'll probably release this. Features include: Auto update checking thanks to the DracLabs Software Updater Create new set lists or edit existing ones Import set lists or directories to your current one to access all your mixes at once Print track lists for a quick hard copy Save tracklists somewhere besides the default directory In the future I want to add search across all set lists, and will probably allow export to an MDB file (I can use that feature to categorize my vinyl collection which is so huge it's ridiculously hard to keep track of all of them). This may or may not end up tagging mp3s too (my mixes are hand cut using Sound Forge and goes right to CD, and full mixes are single mp3 files to avoid gaps between tracks) but if I do expand this to categorize my vinyl I might need this someday. It's a small project though... Not sure if I'll hit these marks or not. As is the case with most of my projects, the track lists are XML-based. All the tools to create one are built in, but if you'd rather make your own, here's an example of one: <mix name="A Sample Of Tracks"> <recorded>12/27/2012</recorded> <track number="1"> <name>I Love Your Stuff</name> <artist>Honey Paw Project</artist> <album>In These Times Of Rain</album> <label>Happy Box Records</label> <notes>Yeah, I made this shit up!</notes> </track> <track number="2"> <name>Boom Boom Room</name> <artist>The Fahkerz</artist> <album>Before I Leave</album> <label>Banged Out</label> <notes>I dedicate this song to you!</notes> </track> <track number="3"> <name>Found You! (The Hide n Seek Sessions)</name> <artist>Trapateers</artist> <label>Red Lighter</label> </track> <track number="4"> <name>Jizzy Nizzy</name> <artist>Banger Crew</artist> <album>I Had Sperm EP (12)</album> <label>Sloppy Hole Records</label> </track> <track number="5"> <name>Get Off (The Dick)</name> <artist>Casual</artist> <album>...And I Ate Sushi</album> <label>Epic Shit Ltd.</label> <notes>Fade Out</notes> </track> <track number="6"> <name>Promise Me (Youll Wipe Ya Ass)</name> <artist>Your Mothers Lovers</artist> <album>Remixes Sanch Doesnt Know About</album> <label>Goat Ranch Records</label> <notes>Best song evar!!1!!!eleventy!!</notes> </track> <track number="7"> <name>Please Dont Mind The Music</name> <artist>The Wrapper</artist> <album>Wrapped Up</album> <label>Funk Ewe Records</label> <notes>Skips at 35 sec</notes> </track> </mix> </mixlister><mixlister> Any questions or comments? Hey gang! Here's the official announcement for the Theme Competition! Are you ready? 1st Place: After Darkness (RageOn) 2nd Place: Paper Mario (KRC) 3rd Place: Pure GameEx (vsilvalopes) 4th Place: Dark Champion - Carbon (massop) I'll be in contact with the winners shortly via PM for some information and to address any questions you may have. Most of the items will be shipped from the sponsors directly, so it's imperative that you get back to me with your information. We have added a ribbon for each of the winning themes, which will be added to the theme's loading screens. I should also note that we will be adding the winners to the GameEx installation. Again, I want to send a huge hank you to everyone who participated in the competition! You have all done some superb work, and we thank you all for everything you do to make GameEx a great place to be! Feel free to amend this thread with your congrats for the winners, compliments for the entries, and whatever else you see fit to post about. The competition was (in my eyes) a huge success, and hopefully we can do it again sometime. Side note: I just want to start off by apologizing for the delay in the announcement. I have some stuff going on in "real life" and haven't had time to throw this post together to make the announcement. Thanks everyone for your patience, and congrats to our winners!

I really don't want to be a black cloud here, but we were very sure to warn people for the last two months that the deadline was solid. I can't make any exceptions right now since the deadline passed and the evaluation is already underway. It's nothing personal I promise you, but there was more than enough time and I did say we won't be extending the deadline. In summary, I just can't let it in, the rules were solid, and we gave everyone a chance right down to the wire. If I make an exception for you I have to make one for everyone and that's simply not fair. Simply put, you were a day too late. Again I'm truly sorry, but these are the breaks.

[THEME] The Walking Dead (WIP)
Adultery replied to thurmansevolution's topic in GameEx Media Projects
The show is great but the comic would make a cooler theme. -
I'm gonna play around with this for sure! The pics really look stellar. Nice work as always!
-
I love the last minute rush! Thanks RageOn and best of luck to ya!
-
Very nice! Thanks for the entry KRC! Good luck! The post isn't important when it comes to the formatting. I use a template for the submission thread anyhow.
-
You did fine AcidBrain! I'll add these to the main thread after work. Thanks and good luck!
-
Ahh, it's gotta be zip, not 7zip. You're gonna have to re-up it.
-
Are you uploading now or did you already? What's the file name? I'll see if I can find it.

::THEME ENTRY:: Submitted by: http://www.gameex.info/forums/user/5227-ehuonder/'>ehounder Theme Title: War Games Theme Type: Cabinet Theme Version: V4 Theme Resolution: 1600x1200 Theme Description: This theme is based on the 1983 movie War Games. It is based on the multi-monitor control room (6 screens + 1 terminal). Theme Features: I created/modified a huge logo set to create closer to vector-like images (they are not line art, and used solarize filters to maintain/create some color). I like how they turned out. It also includes a large set of system foreground/background images. It is based on my arcade cabinet, which uses an old 21" tube monitor, so it's 1600x1200. A special thanks to Draco for all of his logos and allowing me to use them as a starting point for my logos.

Ahh in under the wire! Thanks ehounder!
