  1. Like the pop-up asks you to update the list? Just right click to skip that prompt.
  2. I can probably do something about your Steam request. I already launch specific Xpadder profiles based on the game running.

The log file in the snapper folder, if you have one. :-) Is it possible you could hook up a keyboard and try the combo just to rule out the iPac?

You could post the log file if you have one on that folder. I'll have a look. When you launch the configuration for the plugin, does it properly list your mame version on the bottom?
  5. Awesome, way to go guys! :-)
  6. ☼ You said you wanted an "evolution"? Or was that a REVOLUTION? ☼

It should work, provided the folder it creates has the game list in it that it needs to download... Can you see the following file? plugins>HiScore Snapper>gameslist.txt If it's not there, put this in there: gameslist.txt

    What will? The RSS feed?
  10. It's got nothing to do with the favorites file (1944 missing is a different bug that is in the way GameEx parses the list, but we found a suitable workaround). It's most likely a MAME problem. I have fixed the favorites file bug, so please update DBM.
  11. Attack of the CAPS LOCK! W00t!
  12. ^^Look out for that guy, he's a dirty cheater. Lol!
  13. And you're welcome, happy to help. :-)
  14. Well I'll see if I can't update my set tonight, and we'll see if that theory holds any merit. I'll get back to ya with my findings. :-)
  15. I'm a couple MAME versions behind (which is unusual for me, but I have been so busy coding that I haven't had a chance to recompile and update my set) so maybe there is a mistake in the support files for MAME? I'm running low on guesses. :-)
  16. GameEx has gotta be picking it up somewhere! Lol! Is it on your Do Not Filter list?
  17. Haha! Say, do you use multiple rom paths? Maybe you have two Shinobi sets? Try and search for the zip and see if you do, I can't think of anything else that it might be.
  18. Ahh okay, I need to update the DBM then. :-) Still not sure about that Shinobi bug, that's a weird one. :-) My ini updates everytime GameEx runs so my attempts to add the line break myself would have been futile. :-)
  19. Put a line break after [High Score Games]
  20. Game Info 1.2.6b3 is out! I finished up the Theme Downloader. It's pretty self explanatory, select a theme, press "DOWNLOAD" to install it. Here's some pics of it in action: Make sure you extract the whole thing, the plugin needs the new System.Data.Zip.dll to function properly. Get it from the usual places: Direct from DracLabs or via the Plugin Downloader Software. That's all for now, test it out and see if it does what it's supposed to and I'll put it out as a stable.
  21. As I implied in my post, no it's not currently available. I'm not aware of any plans to implement that feature, did you put in a feature request in the proper forum so the big guy sees it? I'm not sure how one could add that in, but maybe he'll think of something, or at least consider it.
  22. Funny story... I don't have your Shinobi problem. Funnier story... I don't have 1944 in my list either. Haha! Zany stuff there. :-) I wonder... if you put in a space before the game list starts, after the blocked text... still missing 1944? Can you try it, update your list, and let me know if it works?
  23. You could always just use a custom artwork path in the emulator settings. These extra paths get whatever name you choose to give them, and support all the formats that GameEx does. I know it's not a perfect solution, but it's a solution none the less.
  24. Nope, that button is still not mappable.
  25. I wonder if the problem is in the ipac, like it's sending that combo when you press those two keys? Someone who uses an iPac will have to step in and explain how to check in the editor because I don't use one, but we've had a similar issue in the past and traced it back to the hardware.
