Open your theme in Theme Editor, click on Edit, then Options, then click the Fonts tab. There you can change your Main Font and Title Font name, size, and style. You can also select your Text Color and Outline Color. As it stands now, whatever color you select will be for both Main and Title. They are not independently selectible, although numerous requests have been made to have this changed as part of a new Feature or Enhancement.

I have to say that you are way over-thinking this subject. There is no perfect girl or guy. Just the one that is right for you. Not saying you have to settle for less than what you want, so long as what you want is realistic. From what you have posted as the perfect girl, I would say unrealistic. I get the impression that you set the bar high enough that nobody will meet your expectations and, therefore, you don't have to worry about taking the risk and being hurt. You are worried about being compared to others and falling short so by putting up all of these conditions, you don't have to worry about it happening. You seem like a good guy, but you really need to man-up and face the risk of rejection if you ever expect to have someone special in your life.

Will take some getting used to (us old guys are resistant to change) but I have to say it is a much welcome change!

What's wrong with just being her friend? Go hang out somewhere with no expectations other than hanging out with someone. Who knows? Maybe she has a friend a little closer to your age that doesn't care about the age or color of the turkey meat and may be willing to eat from your platter! I have found the best way to get a girl's attention is by not giving them the attention they expect. I have gotten more dates hanging out with a bunch of friends, meeting girls that came along and not fawning over them or drooling or showing overt signs of interest. You are likely right. You may have to try to work with a model that is a little less detailed (fewer polygons).

To be honest, there are quite a few that expect a program to do everything for them, including their spouses. Sad but true. That is why I love being able to use plug-ins and modules so I can pick and choose which options I want rather than have a program that is so bloated trying to satisfy the masses that it becomes inefficient and inoperable - kinda like government.

I noted you installed a new HDD. Have you checked your system's active power settings profile to make sure that the HDD is not going to sleep? I have noticed a similar issue since my storage drive was changed to one of the WD Green drives (will go blue or black 7200+ next time).

It's been requested be several and suggested in the Pinned Topics under Feature requests (font controls, etc.). The options allow you to Right Justify Title Text only. You might want to upload a copy of your theme.ini file along with your gameex.ini file so we can take a look.

Of course you update it while I am still asleep... DORK! I am very impressed with this program and as I will be spending more time getting my MAME house in order (i.e., compiling MAME to reflect the 0.143 release, CLRMAMEPro, etc.) I can see making this a part of my ongoing tweaking to make my games more enjoyable. Since I am old and have gotten away from cmd lines as my only means of existence, I look forward to being able to apply switches through this utility instead of manually tweaking each one. One suggestion or maybe not - is it possible to run the Plug-In manager as an application from within GameEx to access this utility? What would it take to be able to use MAME Commander from within GameEx without having to go through Plug-in Manager?

You will also need to look under the Options withing theme editor to ensure that the Weather option is selected. For now, all text is one color. BTW, looks like you have a nice Confluence port in the making.

You should probably try it outside of GameEx to see if the issue occurs in the media player as well.

Adultery is correct. The setting you select is retained even though it does not display in the Setup Wizard.I had originally gone back and responded to that but in my exuberance of being right did not save my response.. so much for being right!

I actually use GIMP as my image editor of choice, although Adultery keeps trying to drag me over to the dark side known as Adobe. Google has been my best friend so far as finding decent scripts, patterns, and overlays for my theming needs. I usually save my stuff twice - once as an .xcf file (The GIMP equivalent of a .psd) and .psd file). I like the use of patterns and overlays (what's the difference - patterns are usually laid atop something whereas an overlay resides on top - HOWEVER, if you are using .xcf or .psd and depending on the transparency of the layer containing the pattern, you can make an overlay a pattern and a pattern an overlay! That would not be bad, however, when I think of Rassilon, my thoughts go more to Gallifrey and less with the tardis. I believe I did use the tardis - brakes on - for one of my earlier themes starts.

Seems everyone is focused on the GameEx.ini file. I have a hunch, and I have been known to be wrong before. @gamepimp aka Corey - try copying the SetupWizard_en.xml file from your laptop to your arcade PC (found under the \gameex\config\ path). Also verify that you have full rights to your program paths on that machine.

They are OK, but Jon Pertwee was my first Doctor when I started watching in the early 70's.

Don't get me started on Matt Smith (he needed to stay in the Pandorica longer... he came out half-baked). Outside of Jon Pertwee, the best Doctors have been Eccleston and Tennant by far. A Doctor Who theme would be cool. I have played around with idea a bit. My image ideas would be Doctor-Neutral and center more around the Tardis.
