Ah ok. So, if full screen windowed is set to no, is that exlusive or must it set to yes ? (Little bit confusion for me)

Hey Tom, Just to be sure (because I don't really understand those settings). You mean full screen exclusive mode within vpx, right ? And pbx must run in Full screen mode, not windowed ? Edit : tested to set vpx full screen exclusive mode, started game from pbx. Put it in pause, and went back to the game, but focus not on game(flipper buttons won't respond), but see the correct screens. Alt-tab brings me to the correct screen

I will try tom later today. I used this feature, but turned it off after It didn't work anymore and you mentioned it was hard to fix

Did you extract them from the pxp file, or record it from fx3?

It is all easy. In setting.exe put it as paramater. See the next screenshot

Why are you not able to get online ? Are you able to launch within fx3 a multiplayer game ?

If you have a BSOD next time, can you post the dump file (or mini dump)? In cluding pbx log and config.ini I never had a bsod and I run attract mode daily for hours. I also have muliple systems and total of 1100 tables. And Tom is right (of course he is). Bsod is caused by faulty driver or bad hardware

Change the following line STARTPARAMS=--table_[TABLEFILE] -offline To STARTPARAMS=-applaunch 442120 The "table_[TABLEFILE]" is a passthrough from pbx (and tablefile will be the tablename you selected)

Lol, No problem You can also put the statics GIF in PBX and set the "HIDE Backglass" to unchecked. That means it stays to image from PBX in FX3 as well. DOF (direct output framework), is pretty awesome. You can attach all kind of stuff to it. But for FX3, DDH created also animated backglasses for FX3 See https://www.vpforums.org/index.php?showtopic=36184 I think in a stage that you want DOF for extra leds,lights, bells, solonoids etc. And welcome to the club !

Thanks. Was not the option I thought it was set wrong. You mentioned it is there in FX3, but not starting with PBX, if you hit ALT-TAB, is it there ? And do you use the DOF directB2s files, or the static images from FX3 ?

Can you post your database file as well for FX3 ?

Do you use steam or a "standalone" version of Pinball FX3? If you have a "standallone" version, change the PinballFX3Launcher.ini : PATH=C:\<PATH TO FX3 exe>\Pinball FX3.exe and change the follwoing to 1 DONTREADSTEAMPATHREG=1 This will avoid that the steam path is reading from registry (I highly recommend to use steam and install Steam) (also remove the -offline, this will avoid you to have check the leader boards etc.)

I still don't understand. I thought that PinballX\Media\Images\loading.gif is used for internall files . Needed by PBX (and I thought the gif is used for showing in gamemanager that it is downloading ) The files in folder PinballX\Media\Loading Images\ can you use to put your files for loading images that are used to load a table

Im not following you. You want to disable the table images ? And uses loading videos ?

Normally I won't reply to a request, but if we don't have an database entry, but only launch the system, I'm not able to launch directly a table from FX3 or TPA etc. than you need in that system navigate to the table. I like the way it is now. But thats my opinion
