Here I come The same files than in my other dropbox link. Just without the scanlines, at 640x480 https://www.dropbox.com/s/bx06t3dsvl6n8qj/MEDIA640noscanlines.zip -
The best of this game, and I never saw this game in spain... is the promo so you can win a Tshirt. Too bad it had a deadline in 1988... It would be AWESOME to have a tshirt of the game

just grab my zipped file and try I provided a link to the pictures without text on the left, text titles of some screens in english and scanlines fixed to look better in 640x480 (actually those pictures are 640x480 to make sure they won't be scaled down and create a flickering effect) The scanlines are 3:1 if anybody's curious. I think it creates the best look Attached one of the screens for you to check out The zipped file is on my previous post -
Here I come! And this is my best score so far... and I just found you can actually fire cans at obstacles... I though they were only useful to sink the other player, so I was playing avoiding everything in front of me! ~53.266~

[THEME] Helpman's Arcade Classics v2 now available :D

I just opened my own psd and saved a couple pictures for you. https://www.dropbox.com/s/zra5p7xw843shru/MEDIA640.zip Grab that file and unzip it inside my theme's folder. It'll overwrite some pictures on the MEDIA folder. I just saved the front pictures, with 640x480 resolution. I also removed the controls text, changed the titles of favourites, most played, last played logos to english, and... adjusted the scanlines effect so it won't look so weird on that resolution. Please test it -

The scanlines are on a layer you can easily turn off on any picture editor supporting PSD files. also the text on the left is inside a group so you can change it or delete it. (after all, I made that to suit my cabinet, where I had to press a button then use the joystick for volume or paging. Even the text for the favourites or last games is editable warp text. (it's in spanish on my theme). You can just type anything there too -
it's harder than I though... and the only-buttons controls are a bit wacky

Hi there! Finally I found out why I had problems uploading my theme. The name was "Helpman's Arcade Classics", and I guess that (') was messing it all... Now it's available for everybody http://www.gameex.com/themes/Helpman%20Arcade%20Classics%20v2.zip
-
You know, before finding gameex I tried hyperspin... and found out that for running that shell I needed greater specs than for running the emulators it would be used for... and that's ridiculous!
-
Here I am (again) Here's the link of my theme in my own Google Drive... Name of the theme: Helpman's Arcade Classics Author: Helpman Size: 1024x768 https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0BxOTIAOsTk3WM3BqSXg5MXUtU0E&usp=sharing
-
Hi there! I'm trying to upload it to the theme upload section, but no luck. I just got the same error. I'm uploading it to my google drive account now
-
if they deleted all highscores, I guess it was sure guinnes would drop them as source for gaming hi scores... it's a shame though
-
Yes, those ones are yours I just forgot, I downloaded a bunch of files I could use and forgot about where I got most of them They look awesome I left the computer unattended while it uploaded the theme, and now I came to see this and even more, if I try to upload it again, I get a message telling me that there's a theme with that same name, but it doesn't show on the themes' list. As it's a V2 theme I added "V2" to the name and I'm trying to upload it again.

Hi there back Your banner logos look awesome KRC I'm uploading it right now. It'll take some time. It's a bit over 200mb. It includes startup video and default video for each system, the psd I used for everything and some arcade fonts. (and I have an incredible upload speed of about 15KB so...)
-
I just hope the system reqs won't be too high... I'm using gameex on my pentium 4 3ghz with 4gb ram...
-
I took that picture from a video I use as startup video, the games that time forgot I'll pack and upload it later today Should I translate on screen labels (the volume/paging labels on the background) or just delete them?
-
I never saw this game on arcades, but as a small game for my first computer I'm eager to try the arcade version looks like fun!

I would suggest to use cubeman's copy of TG settings for games, and we could honor the TG tradition and rulesets. I didn't know about TG until I saw it here, but made a quick research and after reading TG's history I think it deserves us to keep using those settings. (cubeman's txt file attached. I saved it to my computer just in case, so we won't lose that information) tgts.txt

I'll wear that banner on my signature with pride but I know many of you can beat me, so keep trying
-
I'm so lucky to win a game of the month where everybody was sick or had hardware problems so nobody could even play to beat my highscore... No, seriously, it feels like you let me win :|

Hi there! I made my own theme for gameex, but there're only the parts I needed. I mean, there's no daphne theme and others... I tuned it for my own needs, and I use a custom menu too. It has screens for default/startup, mame, nes, snes, n64, sms, genesis, psx, vpinball and future pinball. If I want to share it, what folders should I include? or just the theme folder? This is how it looks. Any suggestion is welcome though The scanlines on the preview video are part of the theme (my arcade cab ;D ) (favourites) (most played)

Hi there! I'm getting two possibly damaged NES as a gift (as I collect old consoles ) and I'm facing the same problem, as I want it to look as best as possible on my big TV I also got a N64 some time ago, and the picture looks SO blurred it makes me dizzy and can't play at all... Do you guys recommend me to use a composite cable to plug it to the tv? The NES I mean.

That leaves me puzzled... and eager
-
That protected forum really draws attention... I'm puzzled too...
