Hi there paul sent me a message explaining what he meant for external apps. He's referring to the ones we can set up inside gameex. Xpadder plugin only lets you choose profiles for emulators, and paul just though it would be great to add support for any external application too. So, let's say you set calc.exe as external application, make xpadder plugin also have an option to set a custom profile for it, even it it's not an emulator.

Suggestion: just as having a video with the same name as a game's snapshot or system logo will show the video instead of the image, use the same for rom or system names. If there's a png with the same name of the menu item, display the picture instead.(with a maximum height/width scaling and option to keep proportions or not set in the theme.ini file).

I had to disable it... running with epsxe the screen flickers like mad and the emulator has a severe slowdown...

Hi there! First time using this plugin... on a single monitor. When I select any game, the bottom banner pops up for under 1 second, just the time for the game to load, and dissapears. Is there any way to set a delay time? Like 3-4 seconds then dissapear. Or a hotkey to make it pop again. As suggestion, what about a delay timer? Just check if any key is being pressed. If no key is pressed for 1 minute the popup appears. If any key is pressed the popup dissapears and the delay count resets.

Hi there! I tried to set up the xpadder plugin, but when I open the plugin manager, after some seconds it displays all of them... Last two items are : Random Arcade Sounds Xpadder plugin If I click on random arcade sounds then on configure, it's config popup appears. Great. If I click on Xpadder plugin then on configure... the random arcade sounds config popup appears. WEEEEIRD Any other plugin, click on configure and it's config popup appears without problem. But the last one, Xpadder... always open the previous one. If I double click xpadder the checkmark on the left is ticked/unticked, so it's selecting the right one. But if I click on configure.. So... any idea about what's going on?

I'll just use the mame submenu... even using numbers the videos didn't work. After all, I have those same games in Mame, so... goodbye standalone zinc

Hi there! It's the second option. As I'm using a custom menu, I added mame, zinc and sega model 2 as separate arcade options. All mame games are ok, playstation game list under mame is ok, but if I choose Zinc (as configured on other emulators) it just won't show videos. Weird thing is that making it look on the mame roms list, without changing rom names to numbers it loads them without problem, but pointing to a folder with videos both with mame's rom names AND just the zinc's numbers as romname they won't show anyway... Just to make sure I'm not doing something wrong, here's the gameex.ini Roms for zinc are in D:\games\arcade\emulators\zinc\roms Snaps are in d:\games\arcade\emulators\zinc\snap Videos are in d:\games\arcade\emulators\video_mp4 They're also on the mame folder, D:\games\arcade\emulators\mame\roms and d:\games\arcade\emulators\mame\snap and d:\games\arcade\emulators\mame\video_mp4 But no matter where I point to on the gameex setup wizard, videos (nor snaps) will show on gameex :? Every other emulator works fine, it's just zinc :? GameEx.ini
