    Hmmm yes - just viewed it. It's because it was left on attract mode - the games boot fine, but the main GE screen is just black. Be better with a fresh GE start log??

    Haven't started GE for while. Tried to today, get a brief "Loading" dialogue and then just a black screen. Log attached - any ideas? IGNORE - restarted my machine and updated GameEx - all is well. Schoolboy error.

    Ahhhh... Gaussian blur.. the Savior of many a tiny, low-rez logo. Not as good as a 1-pixel offset, emboss transparency layer, though. OK... I just totally made that up (although did something like that once - can't remember the idea behind it). Sooo much to learn in this hobby..... one day I'll play a game.

    Just to register that this is top of my list to do when get back to other gameex projects. However, atm, working every minute on this other thing I'm doing. I want it finished and have my life and some decent sleep back! GameInfo is a pet fave of mine - think it's the two monitor setup thing. btw... dynamic images?

    Oh. That's sweet. You'll be doing PCSX2 and Dolphin Wii without it breaking a sweat! Wonder if that spec will be able to handle the next-gen emus like the PS3 and Xbox360 one(s?) Now just slap it in a wooden box, hammer in some wagglin sticks and you'll be golden!

    Brilliant Benji - that's fantastic! See... I didn't even know these emulated the Psx! I'll add them to the list in the poll, which will also serve as a list of all known PSX emulators! Thanks again for your contribution. Those cmd lines will save some time!
