  1. Welcome to our friendly neighborhood competition Adultery! Glad to have you aboard!
  2. I've been a big fan of the Rock Band/Guitar Hero games. When Rocksmith came out I was eager to get it until I learned it requires a REAL guitar. I don't actually own one, so I never bought the game. It looks impressive and I'd really like to give it a go. There's even some "unauthorized" track packs out there you can get that people have created themselves for the game if you know where to look. My brother had an electric guitar and amp he got for Christmas one year but he lost it in a tornado in Florida a few years ago. Ever since then it's just been all about the clicky snaps of the plastic Guitar Hero strum bar and the 5 plastic buttons. I'm pretty good at it though, can play on HARD pretty well too.
  3. Congrats to the community for passing another great milestone! Drinks all around. Just not for me thanks.
  4. Sweet! Only problem I see is that I don't have a 2nd monitor to display the plugin hehe. For somebody who does though, that would be an AWESOME thing to have.
  5. nullPointer is right on. With a launcher, it usually only launches the program then closes, then GameEx see's that it's closed and then comes back up. Something you MIGHT be able to do is create a BATCH file. Have GameEx launch that. Then when the BATCH file closes, GameEx will resume. I don't quite remember how to set it up, somebody else could be more helpful there. But I do remember you can configure a BATCH file to watch for a process to close before going to the next line in the BATCH. Also, is it necessary to run the launcher? Outside of GameEx, run your Task Manager and see what program the launcher actually loads up. Then try to run that directly without the launcher. If it works, tell GameEx to run that program instead...
  6. Sounds good to me. I never used the blog or gallery, but the added storage space and "unlimited" filesize limit could come in handy!
  7. Congrats on another year survived! Have a good one!
  8. Actually, I'm not aware of any such plugin. Sounds like an excellent suggestion though. Please consider posting a request in the appropriate forum: http://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/10189-feature-enhancement-requests/ This would actually work to the advantage of having things like MAME prompt for passes on it's adult games as well.
  9. Does GameEx close down on any other emulators you try to run?
  10. Nice job helpman! Takes you out of third and moves you in to first!
  11. I agree, nice update and great to see Adultery back! YAY!
  12. Please post your GameEx INI for the application in question... sounds like you are missing a setting somewhere.
  13. Awesome! Glad you got it to work.
  14. ADULTERY IS BACK!!! Where ya been man?! Brilliant update as well by the way
  15. That looks awesome! I love the idea of the interchangeable control panels. Ingenious idea!
  16. Yeah that's what I figured. I too noticed that the barrels start becoming unmanageable after about 2 or 3 minutes. I never made it (on MAME) past stage 2. I got to stage 3 on the Atari 800 once but I don't remember it very well. I guess I just need to play it more and get some practice.
  17. I think it looks awesome. Where are you going to store the computer though? Are you going to possibly build it into the control panel? Other than that, I think the CG is cool.
  18. The only way to do this is do it yourself in a program like Paint or Photoshop. Changing the fields in the Theme Editor is simple enough, but all the artwork needs to be resized as well. If you're lucky, the original creator may be nice enough to do the work for you and release a lower resolution version.
  19. Command: <path to player>\bsplayer.exe Launch Before: <path to dtools>\dtoolspro.exe -mount 0, "c:\dvd\blackjack.iso" Launch After: <path to dtools>\dtoolspro.exe -unmount 0 All you're really doing is launching bsplayer. The launch before/launch after is mounting and unmounting the image in the background. It's really not that difficult if you take the time to learn and figure it out.
  20. Man how you get a score like? Do you just stay on the first stage and jump over barrels, or are you progressing through the stages? Whenever I play, I'm just trying to get to the next level and not really going for just a score. Probably part of my problem.
  21. Nice rtkiii! The game's afoot it seems.
  22. ISO is not a command. It's an image (not a picture, but a CD-IMAGE). You need your launch before to launch the Daemon Tools (the way you have it) but then also have it mount the image. THEN you can launch the bsplayer program. After you're done playing, you'll need to have a launch after setting to unmount the image.
  23. Nice score helpman! Updating OP.
  24. I see.. There is a way to configure MAME to save your snapshots anywhere you like. Go here (link) and look at steps 4a and 4b. You don't need a keyboard, just use the mouse to select the folder you want to save in. Anyway, long as you got a system that works, that's all that matters.
  25. Sounds like a fun game. Ok, does the game run entirely from the ISO, or is it something you have to install? It looks like it might be something you have to install first. Have you tried mounting the ISO as a virtual drive? Grab a copy of Daemon Tools (http://www.daemon-tools.cc/home) and try mounting the ISO. Then open up the drive and see what's in it. If it has like a folder called "VIDEO_TS" then it's a DVD Movie. If it has actual files, then its a PC game. If it's a DVD Movie, you need to configure an external application to mount the ISO in Daemon Tools first, then configure it to launch your media/dvd player. If it's a PC game, you'll probably need to INSTALL it first. Look for a setup.exe on the mounted ISO drive. If you don't need to install it, there should be some other .exe file on the ISO that will launch the game. If that's the case, you need to configure your external application in GameEx to first mount the ISO in Daemon Tools, then launch the appropriate .exe file that runs the game.
