Seems to no longer be an issue. =]

In task man the only thing that is running is... "GameEx [Playing:Dragon's Lair [0/60]" I will upgrade to the new version tonight of Game Ex, maybe it will correct it.

No... I am using the same two keys I have always used. This is something that seems to have just came up when updating to a newer version of Game Ex. It worked before with no issues, any ideas?

Never had this problem with prior version but now when I exit a Daphne game back to the front end it exits the game but all I get is the desktop with no task bar. I have to crtl alt delete to shutdown Game Ex. It's no problem Tom; I can wait for the new release and then test. I just wanted to see if I was the only one having this issue and it turns out I am not. If there is anything I can do to help, just say the word, otherwise I will test on the next release and report back at that time. Thanks for your reply and dedication.

I always upgrade on every new release but wait for different versions like 0.126, 0.127, 0.128 etc... I don't do the update packs till the next final version comes out.

If Driller was easy, I guess someone whould have already done it so thanks. It's a fun game for sure!

Yup... That is 100%, exactly the same issue I am having! Well at least I know now I am not the only one. This was working great before and I changed nothing on my end so this must be something Tom has to fix. In the meantime, just turn off the videos, thatâ??s what I did. Thank you for your reply, I'm sure this isssue with be addressed in an upcoming release, Tom's pretty good with that stuff but I have not seen him around here of late. Maybe he is on vacation or something.

I am not sure at what point this started to happen but I would guess after the last update because it seemed to be working fine up until then but I don't always leave Game Ex sit longer enough for the screen saver to start. When I have videos only or random videos set to play when the Game Ex screen saver comes on they no longer play and I have to crtl, alt delete to shut down Game Ex. When this happens, all I get is a black screen. All other emulators seem to be working fine now and playing in the screen saver, just not the random videos which played fine prior. Video play fine outside of Game Ex. Any info. I need to provide, just ask. Thank You.

Tom will you be adding support for flv previews in the front end? I select them but they don't play.

I never used Mess myself but then again I am not emulating 7800 (yet). Stella works great for 2600.

hahahahaha Oh sorry, I guess I missed that. Yes, I am STILL waiting on the Electric Ice buttons to come back in stock at GGG!!! Every time I hear from Randy it's this date or that date, it's a real headache. I wish there was somebody else to deal with but it seems he has more or less cornered the market on these. I mean at least most of the time he takes the time to update me on what is going on but mainly because it is now a public post over on BYOAC and I think he wants to keep up appearances. I realize he does a lot for the gaming community and all but not everyone is a fan. Guess I will leave it at that. I was hoping to have my cab. by Thanksgiving, now by Christmas which I have now come to the terms with it's not going to happen. To be candid here the real shitty part about it all is Mameroom has all of my $$$ and so far all I have to show for it is a picture of the cut control panel with my overlay in place. I don't blame Scott at Mameroom at all and I guess I can't real blame Randy either. I think this was just a bad timing thing all the way around and now I get stuck with the bill and nothing to show for at the moment. In the end, I hope it is worth the wait and $$$ I have invested in it all. So not to derail this topic too much. Ok thanks. I know that is not how I had it working before but then again it never really worked right up until now either. Correct me if I am wrong but wasn't there a way to enter the pause key in the list where you can program keys under the options or setup menu? I know I had it working some other way other than applying that patch. I guess either way I have my answer. Thanks Again. I have been testing it a fair amount, still working great!

I'm not 100% sure on this but is there away to make it so when you exit CPWiz it unpause your game in Mame? I thought this was an option in a prior version but maybe I am incorrect...??? Thanks.

So other than selecting the dir with the flv files in it for Mame snaps, is there something else I need to do because they are not playing. flv files work and play fine in my other front end so I was not sure if I was missing something or this was a codec issue?
