  1. I figure it out, nevermind. =]
  2. Maybe... I have the full VP set (current) and when I use the Tables (yoshizuki) I always seem to get errors. Twilight Zone (This table requires WPC.VBS ver. 3.1 or higher) but the game still plays. Bad Cats (S11.VBS ver 3.26 or higher required) game does not play. Any ideas? I have all my VBS files in my table dirs but I am using pleasure extractor and maybe it is leaving out files I need?
  3. So Version 1.1 is the latest? Is this still being supported?
  4. What is the latest version and where can I download it? Thanks.
  5. Well I can talk to Scott at Mameroom about this but like I said, everything is working correctly other than one RGB so I can't see how this is a power issue. It seems to me if it was a power issue it would shut off more than just one RGB don't ya think? Also... I have two other LEDWiz boards in this thing that are supplying power just fine to just as many LEDs. Also when I moved the one RGB to test to another spot on the LEDWiz I left one of the other LED buttons unplugged, same issue, different spot, one less RGB. I did not build this control panel Scott did but I am sure I am not the first one he has built. I know he built this one as well and it has more LEDs than mine. I'm doubtful it is built any different. You maybe right about the power issue but from what I have seen so far, I find it doubtful.
  6. I have it working, same OS.
  7. I have a problem with SSF running at FS, it runs much slower than in a window and I have a newer PC.
  8. Well I guess we will see once I get the new board, I don't think there is anything left to try at this point. I think I got my bases covered...
  9. Not sure what you are trying to say here? Are you trying to tell me my CP is setup incorrectly? The only thing I know about the problem that I am still dealing with is if the red is lite up by itself it is fine. I can leave it on all day with just red LED lite but as soon as I turn on blue, it cuts out. Even green and red stay on ok, I narrow it down. The problem happens when the red and blue LED are on at the same time. I am watching it now, the red will come on, then it will cut out. It's fairly random the time that the red LED comes on and stays on with the blue. It's more off than on, thats for sure.

Sorta a strange disscussion to be having on this forum don't ya think?
  11. Everything in the CP is being powered by USB, 8 USB cords to be exact. 1 IPAC4 2 U360s 1 Trackball 1 Spinner 3 LEDWiz I did not build the CP but it all seems to work ok otherwise. Like I said, at this point I am 90% sure it is the bad RGB board because when the red goes out and I switch off the blue and green, the red does come back on but sometimes it even flickers a little before it fully comes back up. I verified the ports on the LEDWiz moving all three RGBs to a known working section on the board and the same thing happens... I can't see what else it could be at this point and even though it sucks that it is not working, this seems to be the easiest to fix. This is from GGG site. "Note: These modules are intended for use at 5v DC and consume 20ma per color for a total of 60ma when all 3 colors are at full intensity." That is on the RBGs. This is on the boards. "USB port communication and power. Up to 16 LED-Wiz boards per system. 32 uniquely controllable outputs and up to about 500 Hi-Output LEDs per board (15+ per output, external power source required for this type of operation) 48 levels of PWM intensity. Using RGB LEDs (common anode), theoretically 110,592 colors are possible. Each individual output can be set to one of the following hardware modes. These modes are set by the computer, and after that the hardware handles them by itself. Intensity Sawtooth (gradual up and gradual down) SquareWave (blink) SawDown (full on, gradual down) SawUp (gradual up, full on) Hardware pulse rates are controlled by a 7-level global speed setting. Includes mounting hardware, printed instruction sheet and 6' USB cable." I don't even see a mention of AC power or an option for that matter. Do you have yours wired AC?
  12. Yeah that is what I am going to do today, sucks I have to trouble shoot something that is brand new. =[ I did some more testing and I don't think it is the LEDWiz however this is a strange problem that only seems to happen when all 3 RGBs are lite. Red is was on ID3 7 and I moved it to 8. Red stays on just fine when I only have 8 lite but as soon as I start to light the other RGBs on that RGB Board, the red goes out. It takes a couple seconds for it to happen but it does. This is the same thing that happened when I had red on 7. If I just turn the red RGB on, it will stay on no problem but as soon as I light the other two RGBs on that little board, it goes out. I guess the only real last test for me to do would be to move all three of those to another section that I know works and test it. Well I moved it to another known working section and it does the same thing so it has to be a bad RGB Board. Funny that it only flakes out when I have all thre RGBs lite on it.
  13. Ok... So I opened my CP and figured out the one problem with Button 7, the red LED was unplugged from the LEDWiz. I am still having a problem with Player 2 Button 1, it starts out ok and then the red LED goes out. I reinserted the connect on the LEDWiz and that did not help so it either has to be the RGB itself or something is up with the LEDWiz. Pain in my ass.
  14. What I don't understand is this either... If I change P2_Button7 on ID3 to Blue 28 it changes P2_Button1 to Aqua, now if I back off Blue 28 it does not effect 28 at all, P2_Button1 stays aqua. This makes no sense to me... Then if I go back to P2_Button1 which is sat to Red7, Green8 and Blue9 back off green and blue to 1, the button goes out and it should be red. I'll telling you guys, I hear what you are saying and I sat all the others correct, it is just these two that are giving me problems. I honestly think something is wired incorrectly.
  15. Something is not right and I really think it is eaither broke or wired incorrectly. P2_BUTTON7 ID3 RGB RED=26 GREEN=27 BLUE=28 Blue is not 28 or anything else on ID3 from 1-32 because I can back off Red and Green, cycle through all 3 IDs and all 32 inputs and that button never lights up Blue. The same thing happens with P2_BUTTON1 except the problem there is the red. All the other buttons work 100%!
  16. When you switch ID it switches the whole thing, as far as I know you cannot switch ID per single LED.
  17. I don't see how that could be possible as you cannot set 2 IDs per LED from what I see.
  18. Ok... I am starting to get a handle on things here. I am having a problem with two buttons though. P2_BUTTON7 ID3 RGB RED=26 GREEN=27 BLUE=28 For some reason that makes my player P2_BUTTON1 like up aqua in color and button 7 light up yellow. I can back off 27 and 28 value, the button lights up red but I just cannot get it to light white and I am not sure why it is effecting the player 1 button... It's almost like it is wired wrong or something because if I go into the profile editor I can change the color of the button with red and green however blue does nothing. Ideas?
  19. Ok... I think I am on the right track now. Let me get back to you guys here in a few minutes. Thanks.
  20. So what you are telling me is I need all my buttons sat to RGB and I should cycle through each button until they are all white in the LED Input Map. Button1, LEDWiz Id #1, Red=1, Blue=2, Green=3 Button2, LEDWiz Id #1, Red=4, Blue=5, Green=6 That lights up button 1, player 1 white as well as button 2, player 2. What is the pattern though? You seems to have started it correctly.
  21. I can not see anything, the CP is sealed. I did not build this, Mameroom did. Even with what you said I still don't understand. There is 3 LEDWiz's in my CP. Under LED Input Map I see how I can choose ID 1-16 to determine what LEDWiz to use but what I don't understand is when I choose the correct ID, how do I tell it 1-32 as to what button is what? The only way I see 1-32 is if I set the type to "Single", would that be right if I am using Electric Ice buttons?
  22. I still do not understand. Let's deal with one button and one button only here. P1_COIN Device is sat to "LEDWiz" ID 2 Type "RGB" Input Code "KEYCODE_Q" ******************************************************** So now when I check the box next to it instead of coin 1 lighting up the first button on my CP does. Then if I cycle up on red the color cycles for that button and then that button stays lite and the next one lights up next to it, this happens when I hit red 4. Then when I get to red 7, the correct button is now lite but so is the original first button. I know I am missing something here, please help me to understand. Thanks...
  23. This is the problem I am having and I read the response but I am not 100% sure I understand. I have 3 LEDWiz's in my CP. Say I select p1_coin and then set the input code which is Keycode_Q. Then I set my Id to #2. Why is it when I start to cycle through the RGB it starts out on the wrong button, moves to the correct and then off of correct button as I cycle through the colors? Why does it just not stay locked on to one single button and allow me to select the color of that button and only that button?
  24. Merry Christmas!
  25. Video screen saver issue is fixed, thanks!
