  1. Yes, quotes wasn't needed before With quotes it works And for the fullscreen option, you're right too....the thread mentionned gives the solution As it was a long time PJ64 wasn't updated, i was not remembering where to check for fullscreen at start of emulation Thanks to all of you
  2. So Project64 2.0 is out with apparently a lot of fixes increasing the compatibility wich was already good. But there is a problem : command line options are not working anymore. It seems to be introduced since the 1.7 beta version. The option to start the emulation fullscreen has disappeared too... Quite annoying as i think it's a good release... I just wanted to know if a loader exist, replacing the command line options I've read but i don't remember where that some users have done a loader for versions 1.7+ Is anyone aware of that? Is someone using Project64 1.7 or 2.0 within Gameex and what is your setup, please? Thanks
  3. Ok many thanks Tom!
  4. Hi I would know how to reset most played, last played and favourites I think the informations are stored in the file data.db3 in the data folder of Gamex If i delete it, then gameex crash If i edit it to keep only the header of the database, Gameex crashes too.. Is it possible to have a clean data.db3 file without any entry in it ?? Thanks
  5. If you still want to use bsnes Download bsnes 0.73 (with the old GUI) With it, use "purify.exe" to convert your rom to .sfc format Then download bsnes 0.88 and you can use your converted roms with it. And roms will be recognized by Gameex Don't use latest bsnes 0.91 because it use a different rom management and it's not compatible with a front-end like gameex I've done this method and i'm using bsnes with Gamex and it work great If you want bsnes start fullscreen at start, don't forget to modify the file settings.cfg wich is in \users\Appdata\bnes\ and set Video::StartFullScreen to TRUE I've set desktop to switch to 256x240 before launching bsnes, then i have perfect render of SNES Games (for me better than snes9x and znes, but it's only my opinion )
  6. Hello! After searching a long time how to match the real rendering of an Amiga with WinUAE on my cab,and not findind on the web the way to do it, i can say i've finally found after hours of tests the perfect settings (at least for me). Here we are : First, you have to set your resolution to 640x576 (you can add this one to your resolutions with Winmodeline, see attachment) Then, in the "display" tab of WinUAE, set : Screen : 640x576 - Default resfresh Rate - Triple Buffering Settings : Fullscreen - Legacy Resolution : Hires(normal) Centering : Horizontal &Vertical ticked LineMode : Scanlines Then in the "Filter" tab, set : Filter settings ; none That's all And you have a perfect scanlined display as it was rendered on original amiga monitor without tearing and the screen is not shrinked or scaled For the CD32, keep the same settings but set the resolution to 720x576 instead of 640x576 Let me know what you think about those settings!! Thanks WinModelines.zip

  7. Yep! This one works everytime Many many thanks Adultery! Great work!
  8. With the latest version it works....once. I explain If i run gameex then launch my SNES emulator, game is launched immediately and settings are applied But if i quit the game and relaunch it .......gameex become minimized... It doesn't works 2 times. If i quit gameex and run the game again, then it works. Xpadder doesn't like to be launched two times???
  9. Ok i've tested the last file and nothing better than the one before Here is my log attached As i've said, settings are applied and game is launched now and game keep the focus so this part is good and works. But before it launch the game (when i click on "play the game"), gameex is minimized, there is about 3 seconds waiting, and then game is launched Thanks for you support xpadder.zip
  10. I've found that gameex return to focus after game is launched only with pc games, it has to do with .lnk files i think, but i've tried with a SNES emulator and the game keeps focus after it is launched ( but gamex minimize always at start ) I've headkaze settings but no one give a better result. The problem deals with the launch of xpadder.exe because i've put another .exe in the plugin configuration to see what it does and gameex doesn't minimize Xpadder seems to be launched at start of gameex too, whenever i've not allowed it for Gameex interface, is it normal?? Perhaps if it's launched twice, the process xpadder.exe turns on focus and minimize gameex. I don't know
  11. With the last file, it's a little bit better, i explain : i click on "play the game", then gameex minimize, but return to focus itself after about 3 seconds, then it launch the game (with the cmd.exe windows on background), so for now it's quite good but after 20 second, gamexex return to focus, leaving the game launched in background. It's a bit better because the game is launched now and gameex is not freezed in the taskbar i'll try headkaze settings to see if it helps
  12. Same for me with the last file. Gameex take 3 seconds to minimize before i click on "play the game" but it's the same pb, gamexex minimize, the game is not launched. But if i click on the gameex tab in the taskbar where gameex was minimized, then the game launch with a cmd.exe windows on background, then the game play about 20 second and then gameex return to fullscreen leaving the game and the cmd.exe window running in background I can record a video of the problem if it can helps Thanks
  13. Thanks for searching a way to get this working
  14. Same problems, doesn't seems to change anything for me, even with your last file. What is the cmd.exe window opened in background?? I can't see any text in it. Strange..
  15. Same thing for me with 1.06! I have only one controller profile, but i use a file : 360.xpadder controller Should i have to put my settings to default to get rid of this??
  16. Hi! I've got the problem too When i use Xpadder plugin and launch a game, then gameex is minimized and i can see the xpadder icon in the tray. The game is not launched at this time If i click the Gameex tab in the taskbar, then gameex return fullscreen and launch the game After 4 seconds, i can see a window (cmd.exe) in background and then gamex return to the game page The games is still running in the background......... I think it's the same problem as Chaos Tiki. But this issue doesn't seemes to have a solution. I've tried all advices in this thread without any result... Anyone?? Thanks
  17. Just an update to say that with latest versions of Gameex the problem has disapearred. Game Music works great now. I've seen that when you choose game music file, it starts up directly with the visualization Can you do the same things with radios, Tom ? Or an option to able this Thanks
  18. OK, so i think this can cause problems if your medias (box, videos, arts, cds, avert) are not organized in the same way as Download service utility are. Perhaps we need some precisions about how it works Thanks for your reply
  19. Hi! I'm a registered user of Emumovies and i was wondering how the download service prgram works within gameex. When i launch gameex, i see a bar on the bottom saying " downloading Sega saturn videos" or "downloading GBA artwork" etc. How does it work? Does it uses paths specified in the emulator config to download files and place them at the right place or does it use the "default Download servic paths". Does it scan every emulator configured in gameex which have paths for artworks specified??? I think the function is a really great improvement, but i wonder how it could be configured. To resume : what are Gameex downloading and how to configure that, and where are the files downloaded? Thanks for a little explanation
  20. For me its better with CRT emudriver ona TVscreen If you have an ATi card, it's great
  21. I use groovymame within gameex and it works very well (i use a 15khz TV screen) I use Ati CRT emudriver too (HD4850 inside) Resolutions are well managed for most games Some vertical games with high resolution are in interlaced mode but it's not very annoying Groovymame is the best choice for me
  22. No more problems with last update for me too Thank you Tom for your support
  23. Ok....It's time to go to bed now........ Thanks again for your help and you effort to resolve this problem. I think we have to wait for Chaskas to know if it resolves the problem for him. Good night.
  24. Yes, i've checked twice but problem is still here.File time is the right one-> 00:04 Chaskas have to tell how it works for him to be sure What is the problem about (just for my knowledge)? Thanks
  25. Sorry Tom, but not fixed for me with your last Gameex.exe What about you Chaskas? Edit : Sry, log attached log.txt
