  1. Yes. Being mounted would be required. That is what the [-virtualdrive-] parameter does. It mounts the image using Virtual CloneDrive (must be installed). I don't see daemon tools being launched in the provided config. But if that's what's being used then there might be confliction. So do you plan to use daemon tools to launch your images?
  2. The setups provided in some sense should work. I'm sure the one provided for fusion would work with some tweaking. I just didn't see a need for it since it could be done in the emulator itself (mounting the image I mean). I guess the people who have set it up that way could be more help as far as to explain on how that works. The command-line looks good for that emulator. What problems are occurring with that one?
  3. LOL. Yes. Thanks. I think it just organizes a little and helps with keywords in searching. Yes a title can only be changed by an admin or moderator unfortunately. Would be nice if a user can change the title of their own topic as well. This is just the beginning. Since only a mod and not an admin I still would like to see some changes but that will be at a different time. Not so much enforcing change but suggesting. If was only enforcing then I wouldn't be asking for input from users.
  4. To all admins, mods, elite members, and members, I would like to organize a few things in the forums. One thing I would like to do is change the title of the topic to [sOLVED] Name of topic when it has been solved. This helps us know if the issues were resolved while giving support. It also helps the user know the status if they have a similar issue. Sometimes topics get overlooked and users don't get the support they are hoping for. This will help in some manner. I have seen this in many other forums and hoping to see it here as well. Also would like titles like [NEWS], [OFF TOPIC] or [OT], etc. to categorize the post and make it easier to deal with by users and by us senior members. I have only done a few this way but wanted your input on it before I continue. Thank you!
  5. Solved: MAME chd's were old versions and needed to be upgraded to the new version. Images were not TOSEC images so did not match dat.
  6. Mounting the image isn't really required unless your images are in some type of format that the emulator doesn't support. Fusion will load images directly (supported images are: CUE/ISO, ISO/BIN). What type are your images? Even with your supplied command-line, it should still run. Try the following: Fusion.exe -scd -fullscreen "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]" Tip: If something doesn't run in GameEx yet it does in the emulator, always always always run in debug mode so that you can see the output window. It will give more detail on why something isn't working.
  7. Please post your config.
  8. Am downloading some game music now to try to duplicate. Will post results shortly. Edit: Was able to duplicate. Will be reported to Tom! Thank you for the report.
  9. PM Sent.
  10. No problem! Enjoy! Thank you for the report.
  11. Please post your cmp file (subfolder depends on if you made folders to group your dats, name depends on the name of the dat file. i.e. MAME 0.139.cmp) found in the settings directory of your clrmamepro install folder so I can have a look see.
  12. Thanks! I just tested this dat against my CHD's and it's reporting fine on my end. So it's either your CHD's that are bad or a setting that is not right in clrmamepro. Let's troubleshoot one thing at a time. How old are your CHD's? When was the last successful scan you did against them?
  13. Good News! MAWS is back online and info is showing correctly in GameEx again. Seems the problems has been solved.
  14. I have no problems running on isos using clrmamepro. What dat files are you using? What naming convention are you images? As far as hanging, it could be expected for images since files are so much bigger. Please provide more information. As far the CHD's. What version of CHD's do you have? What version of the dat file are you trying to scan with? This can all come into affect, especially since MAME changed the way CHD's are some versions back. There are many questions to be asked so we'll start with the obvious and go from there as more info is needed to troubleshoot. Clrmamepro's forum might be better suited for this as well but we'll help in any way we can.
  15. Information can be found in the pinned topic User Submitted Themes & Media. Here is one of the pages regarding it that I found from searching. Seems it was never hosted by GameEx because of the size.
  16. Don't know how you want me to clean that one up. LOL. Will leave that one censored! Thanks guys! I appreciate all the support and look forward to further assist the GameEx community for years to come. I'd like to thank Tom and the rest of the senior members (Administrators, Mods, Elite Members, and the new members who make this community a great place to be).
  17. MAWS is still having issues. It appears to be affecting other things on the site as well. A report has been made and hopefully this will be resolved by MAWS soon.
  18. Thanks Tom!
  19. I was able to duplicate this issue but this is a MAWS issue and not GameEx. GameEx grabs the info from MAWS and currently MAWS data is empty which is why no games are on the list. I'm sure MAWS will have it fixed shortly. Thanks for the report though.
  20. I'd still try mounting the image with daemon tools or other image mounting software. It seems like the only other logical solution to make it work. I'll test tomorrow but gotta get some sleep first.
  21. Well after testing, I can not get it to load the new image based on the suggested command-line parameters. I don't know if it's by design or if it's an error on my part but only other solution I have is to maybe just mount the images and run that way for that system. Best to post these questions in the emulator's forums. Sorry. Gonna turn it over to you as I don't even use this emulator.
  22. Ok. Just ripped an image so give me a few to test.
  23. Try the following demul.exe -run=dc -rom="[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]" The parameters are correct. Don't know if passing the rom to the command is though since don't have images to test with. But should give some idea.
  24. Config > Plugins > GD-ROM Plugin > gdrImage > OK Now select image again and cdi is supported as well all other image types.
  25. Yes! Very possible. Just simply point to them in setup. Dohhhh. Looks like you beat me to it. Glad you found the solution.
