I'd say there's many of us. No one in particular.

GameEx and MAME work fine as well as other emulators. There might be some emulators that have troubles but nothing current. Mostly out-of-date emulators so there shouldn't be a problem. As far as hardware, I am no help there since don't use arcade hardware. But we haven't heard of many issues regarding hardware on Windows 7.

I guess the best thing to do is keep the kids from looking at that kind of stuff. LOL. Glad mine is all grown up and don't have to worry about that sort of thing.

I hear ya. I myself haven't seen it while being here at GameEx but I did hear about it happening and heard it got a good laugh about one of the users. At least you didn't post the user to embarrass them. LOL. I personally don't use this feature. Not because of this very thing (or is it?). LOL. Maybe games should only be shown? Then that would eliminate the possibility of it happening again (given the fact that there are adult games). But that would even be more rare. Just a thought.

To show all roms then you could follow the steps found in the tutorial Show All MAME Roms in GameEx here at the tutorials section of GameEx's site. As far as the bad roms then that's where the filters come in handy for them not be listed in the GameEx list. Best to just toy with the filters to give the wanted results. They are pretty self explanatory using the help button next to the setting. Really just depends on what you want and all of us users have different roms listed as we have different filters. So give it a try and if looking for a specific listing then ask and we'll try to help you with the filters as best we can.

Sorry haven't gotten back to you starbuck. Haven't had internet since doing some remodeling. Will take a look when I get a chance to figure this one out for you. Your reported issues do seem weird though and I don't wanna just guess at the cause.

They sure are. Takes some tweaking. That's why I went with paraJVE. I'll post the special lays in my post soon even though they are available in the forums. That way they are easier to find. I'll make a lay for each known naming convention so that it will be easier for users.

Thank you for the report. I'll test later this evening to see if I can duplicate. If so then it will be reported to Tom to be fixed.

Here ya go Adultery. It's a new (unedited) config. Click on spoiler and copy and paste contents and save as mame.ini. Posted contents instead of uploading to save on my upload space and so others can view the contents.

Hmmmmm. Just tested and I was able to create the config file just fine. Perhaps try downloading again and then try a different version to eliminate some possibilities.

Add the following to your current command-line: -frmskp 5 So depending on your current settings or command-line (it will look something like this): reality_boy.exe "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]" -frmskp 5 This is just an example. Your command-line might be different if you are using other parameters. These parameters can be found in the readme.txt file included with the emulator (which is where I found it). To answer your other question.....Give me a few to search or to download the app and get the command-line parameters. Edit: Perhaps this might be of interest. If you run into problems then I'll go through the process of installing to give more detail. I don't use joy2key (haven't used in years) so this is the best support I can give at the moment.
