+1 for kat5200 for 5200 and Bliss for Intellivision. My sources indicate for these to be the suggested emulators for these systems. Emulation sites guys! Best sources for this stuff!

Well for some it would I guess. I don't play MAME! I don't think I've actually sat there and played a game all the way through. LOL. For some it would be to move onto setting up the next emulator. For me, it's just getting something to work.

Pretty much so. I wish it was used more. A lot more! I'm never in there unless I offer real-time support in which we get things started. I usually just offer remote assistance at that point to troubleshoot just to fix it quickly. I guess the best solution would be to do as Draco1962 suggested and PM me and we can set up a time. Or you can continue here in the forums but looks like you've spend enough time on this.

Possibly. That's why I would troubleshoot the way I suggested. It's hard to say exactly since I don't have your exact setup (emulator and hardware).

Hmmmmmm. Don't use this so could be a number of things. My first thought would be maybe GameEx isn't closing the emulator cleanly. I would troubleshoot this issue by creating an advanced config and for it to send the correct keys to exit this emulator and see if it is still duplicated. If not then hopefully someone with experience with this will comment.

I use TeamViewer to remote into my HTPC at the moment. I've been using it for some time. It's very simple. I've tried others but not lately since I just stuck with TeamViewer. I also use it for remote support here in the forums. Maybe some of the users can comment on the experience they've had with me fixing/troubleshooting their machines. I suggest you try the various suggested apps and see what works best for you. Everyone will always have a different opinion.

Report: User is using FLV video snaps. This is what's the causing the crash. User is also using latest Shark007 codec pack. Videos play fine within WMP but cause GameEx to crash. Anyone with FLV experience, any info is appreciated. Thank you!

I'm sure you'll become a pro a lot sooner than that. It only takes the desire to learn and to explore on your own. I wouldn't even call myself a pro. Me being able to help comes from just reading and using common sense. Not something many use when it comes to this stuff. LOL.

Hello! Welcome to our forums! The images are provided from EmuMovies. There's an application included with GameEx that downloads the images based on your images. A subscription to EmuMovies is recommended as you'll have access to more content. As far as the descriptions, they are included in the databases also included with GameEx. They are contributed by our members.

mesk resolved this one on his own! Show Model 2 Games was set to No in Advanced MAME Settings. Good job mesk!
