Its part of the new release. The mouse should be restored on exit of PinballX. If pinballx hard crashes whih it is rare, it should be restored on next launch. Ive been using this code and feature here for years in several products It somehow got removed from PinballX. Ive never had an issue beyond that. Please post your log file. I will investigate. I Suspect PinballX is not able to exit properly.

Thanks Mike. If you could test the latest I would appreciate it, both not reinitializing when entering pause if pinmame is running and also that it loads media once a game a launched..

Sorry, I have no solution for you right now. Have you you tried your controllers in the gamepad control panel in windows? What do they look like in t= there? Are you able to try another controller?

I need this testing on a real dmd. - Latest Pinemhi by DNA disturber. - Bypass disclaimers is now always on and cabinet mode is set automatically as well as disabling directdraw if using VPX full screen exclusive. - Black dot cursor file was missing from the install meaning the cursor could not be fully hidden. - Ive done significant testing with VPX now (I was behind) and I have improved timing when a table is launched. You may wish to change or use the additional delay desktop setting. - Minor performance improvements once a table is launched. - Loading images prioritise GIFs over other images. - Fixes first instance of loading video or capture not working - Fix: Real DMD will not initialize entering in game / pause if PinMAME running.

Modifying/removing the pinemhi ini may fix it. PinballX will not be able to detect PinMAME. It should then record the entire desktop.

I don't have a real DMD to test on. Is there anyone on the team or senior who can help me if I need it? Thanks in advance.

You are right about the mousebutton 3 on new versions. I believe when I last tackled this I used a little ahk script to map mousebutton 3 to the escape key. Pretty simple if I recall. You should also be able to set GameEx global exit combo to mouse button 3 using the virtual key code. You will need to manually put this in the ini though.

Only I can help with this. I have not got enough patience to look at popper for the first time and do a complete setup of it right now. I will try and get to this but it is not going to be quick. Sorry.

Seriously though, tell your boss to use another front end. I am starting to get really pissed off with you.. It is not fine, in any way. Trust me, you and them are getting off very lightly so far. I often make peoples life's hell for stuff like this and fight it tooth and nail but I like you. License is no commercial use unless there is an exception by me and there very rarely is. I am prepared to lawyer up.

Well, that is something I fixed in an update so you might be out of luck unfortunately. There is a registry key which sets it on. Not sure what your skills are like but if you are up to it you will know how to do it without further assistance. Im not going to help on it further than that because the registry is scary, right!

There was a lot of unjustified push back about vpdb,io because of me even though we reached out to all the pinball sites to get them involved and I did not want to damage the project and still don't. Apparently ,I am the devil to some people because I make a few cense from my hobby. Which is why I have not personally implemented it first. But yes, it is possible but I've not looked at it. I worked with Freezy and he got table and list updates working in PinballX several years ago. That is currently dead code but still there.. Its incredibly powerful and has huge potential but like I said there was push back from the pinball site owners and I wanted the project to have a chance because it is really something very special Freezy is the most talented developer I have ever worked with and expect I ever will
