    You probably need to set pinmame cabinet mode and turn off directdraw for vpx. Not sure about fx3 being unresponsive right now. Please provide log file and pinballx.ini for further help.

    Im guessing there not supported right now but will look into it buddy. They actually use different code than the usual direct3d library that supports apng. PS: In regard to the source code for apng and your PM. Understand that I have no problem with that. Just getting round to it is why I didnt reply. Cheers. Tom.

    Sorry for delay. I have now checked it all out. My conclusion is I think you must have been using a different mame exe but the bug changed it. MAMEUi does not work well updating the list. It is working but produces dialog boxes on the verify. You would have noticed it if you were using that exe. For GameEx just use Vanilla mame. If that does not work, please let me know. Cheers. Tom.

    Alsol, did you install LAV codecs? I would need the entire setup to be able to duplicate but issue seems related to a real dmd.

    Im able to duplicate it. Should be fixed shortly. Its due to changes in MAME. Maybe it started in 0.228.

    Maybe an unusual version of MAME? Could be something changed in an update of MAME or windows and you are first to report it. I will test myself shortly.

    Hey RedDog I added a setting to GameEx for a smooth 60fps MAME experience a while back.. Its under display settings. Op probably turned this on.

    im not too sure, but perhaps a permission issue. is mame.exe flagged to run as admin or does gameex.exe have enough rights to kill a process?
