It's probably something that has been altered to facilitate both frontends. Do you have the LAV Codecs installed? What about netframework 3.5?

hmm, odd I hadn't noticed that before. The section you are referring to is in the GameEx>Arcade, the one I'm referring to is way above it in your log in the ini you attached.

IMO, Rogue One is still the best since the original trilogy. Thie Last Jedi, however, was an improvement over TFA.

What controllers? If you've recently updated GameEx, download the full installer and install GameEx over itself. Your settings shouldn't be impacted, but backups are always a good idea if you're worried. If that doesn't do it, you should post your log and ini right after experience the problem.
