Hi I'm tying to set up a list of games i only play 1 game from a certain emulator for example just manic miner on the spectrum using fuse The game runs outside of gameex so ive got the emulator set up correctly. Rather than set the whole thing up with images etc.. im using the more games and programs menu. my problem is i dont know the command line to run the game ive tried fuse.exe --manic -fullscreen but it just says cant find file, ive copies the file to same location as fuse. Any help appreciated.

EDIT bought 1 thought stuff it , plugged it in and it works - result :-) i Currently have my arcade set up with an ipac wired to my buttons, if i was to buy one of these usb controllers ( see below ) would i be able to configure the system to use both, or can you only have 1 controller type per set up? Any help advise appreciated.

I did not, i managed to design a new panel but the labels did not match up, but im going to try this cpwizbiz and see if that does the job :-)

Thanks tthurnman, ive looked at the above and to be honest this doesn't do what i need, it seems that is just for remapping the keys as opposed to showing what each button does per game, but was still an interesting read as i didnt realise you can run a 2nd screen as im intending putting a 2nd screen to use as marque shower so might be useful :-)

I've managed to sort my control panel buttons picture out except where the text goes. I need to move where the text displays as you can see from the enclosed i need to move the text down for 1 ( thrust ) and up for the other { reverse ship ) but ive no idea where the settings for these are, i assume in the theme config? but as ive never edited a theme ive no idea where this is done. Again any help appreciated. Ian

hi guys, can annoy point me in the right direction, when playing mame games just before the game loads it shows what controls are used per game, my control panel is set differently so would like to alter the picture settings to my control panel config but cant find this setting. Also where is the file or setting that puts the names overlay for what each button does as i cant seem to find a config file or setting for this. As always any help greatly appreciated. enclosed current view i wish to alter. Ian

These animated wheels are superb, god knows how i missed out on these... gonna download a load now :-) -
Plus You have to run each game and set it individually because it's part of the game ROM instructions, and not a scripting thing. It's hard-coded into the ROM.

I also have FX2 installed as a few tables were not ported over to FX3 like southpark and butters pinball.

@scutters lovely always needed this option, and i 2 have mine on the bottom the DMD.

hi guys just update to the latest fx3 vol 5 tables from Zen, Is anybody working on any media for these tables or shall i stat the ball rolling ( no pun intended ), probably just the mega docklets to start as im still all flu`d up :=( ian

have you tried adding the -offline option to the exe ?

ITs working on my system but to be honest havent updated for a few weeks so maybe are you using a newer version if your error is via PBX.

First, please attach (no copy and paste) copies of your gameex.ini and log.txt files.

@axl input settings 1st option is alpha paging on default is YES make sure its enabled.

Sounds like a good idea but i dont have a microphone in my cabinet as i guess not many people would. I guess it would work on a laptop to say play "adams family" ( a bit like Alexa. ) but i guess you would need to be in the correct system 1st if you have multiple versions of a table.

In my XML file i use the <alternateexe>VPinballX.exe</alternateexe> as i have several version of Visual Pinball ( VP9 and VPX ) on my system. It then runs the correct version of VPinball.

i agree with @scutters release it as a finished plug in, ive encountered ZERO problems with this and have used a fair bit as i currently add about 10-12 tables a week from various sites.
