hi ive just rebooted and on start up i only get Search Multimedia more Games & Programs news Exit/Shutdown ive lost the other menu like mame etc.... what have i done ??? HELP

Can anybody direct me to where the controls are stored ( the one that shows the buttons and what it does ? ) as when i click view controls threw Gameex it shows the cabinet, i dont want the actual control panel picture but the one enclosed ( see file ) .

sorted...but i get a screen message that i have to ecept how can i pass this ?

hi guys, Ihave 2 monitor on my cab is it possble to have gamex running the game on bottom monitor and have screen shot,marquee controls etc.... on the top monitor would look cool to have different marquee for each game a bit like a back glass on the pinball machines? i tried setting gameex to use 2nd monitor but that just puts the main prog there. THANKS In advance. smz

Yes custom kid is correct, it will remove the nag screen forever unless you update after the year is up.

Hi Guys, Need a bit of advise/ help im running pinball x obviously on my home made virtual pin cab with 3 screens a 46"( hdmi ) for the play field , a 26" for the back glass and a 7" monitor ( which only has VGA ) for the DMD the problem i have is how do i hook up the gfx to work all 3 monitors i can only get 2 in any order to work. the gfx are built in AMD Radeon HD 8000/7000 with VGA, HDMI and DVI-D what connectors adaptors do i need in order for all 3 screens to function, i got a DVI to vga adapter but no go,ive tried the net but got a bit flummoxed and i know you guys will just tell me what i need :-) As usuall Much appreciated in advance.Ian.

i live in the uk and cant seem to find anyways that does the nudge switches( or solonoids or whatever they are called) , the cabinet shaker motors or solonoids or whatever they are called( you know the thing when the ball hits a bumper the cabinet shudders slightly ) or the digital plungers anybody know where i can get at least the 1st 2 items at a sensible price?, maybe ive got the names wrong , but im sure you know what i mean :-) If it means i have to order from overseas thats not a problem just need to know im ordering the right thing. i wish i could attach my gameex ini but the system wont allow me ;-( ive tried copy paste into the bbcode but it just hangs . i thought you used to be able to attach a file ?

hi guys, Long time no here But im back and in need of help, strange but true, im having problems with Game ex an since its been so long i cannot remember what im suppose to supply to get the assistance needed, my mind is getting old lol, ok so the problem when im in mame and scrolling threw the menu some video snaps show some dont, it briefly flashes up then dissappears, iv checked the paths etc... any ideas what i can alter ? I use a haughpage hd pvr which gives really good results.

I remember setting up amiga games to run on my cab a real bitch, could only get a few to run and all seem to require different settings, when I get a bit of spare time I.ll take a look at my settings and see if i can shed some light or point you In the right dirrection.

Exactly m8, I did build a digital pincab but just didnt look right, so having a basic shell that I could redesign but have the structure there would be a great help. I have all the bits to go inside just need the box to house it.

I agre with imagamejunkie although pinballx may not look cosmetically better is a lot easier to use, at the end of the day we want to get a table up and running as quick as possible , pinballx does this.

I have watched it we are up to ep12 In the uk which is a few days behind the states, but not on normal tv if you get my drift.

Im all for this too, im sure Tom or HK could intergrate this into the program.
