I have another feature request.I had thought that the emulator grouping feature would group chosen emulators together,but it doesnt.It merges the chosen emulators games list.I would like to just be able to group emulators together.I would like for example to make a group of second generation emulators atari 2600,5200,7800,coleco,intellivision,vectrex and have them all under a second generation menu,then so on with generation 3,4 and so on.

i have the same problem,im now glad to know its not my setup.use blueglass,its basically the same IMHO blueglass is cooler

this only deletes from the gameex list right?it doesnt actually delete the rom from the HDD does it?

I am happy to report that my adult and zinc games are back to where they belong.only thing not working is the mahjong filter,but that really is not that big a deal

I do know that while MAME is catching up to zinc,and games like tekken,soul blade are running better on MAME,zinc still plays them better as of now.and Circo already mentioned that model 2 was just updated

only reason I suggested that was because in 11.50 adult and zinc games were where they were supposed to be.right now I cant even get gameex to launch a zinc game even if i select it from the main list plus even when I try to use filters I still get 9900 games,in 11.50 filters worked,adult and zinc games were where they are supposed to be

im having a issue with 11.51 also.no matter if filters are on or off,i always get 9990 games,my adult and zinc games also are not where they are supposed to be.plus,zinc wont even launch even when i find it in the all mame game list,it just loads it with mame

I have done that.all my filters are off,yet i cant get any adult games or any zinc games to appear in their respective places.I have even tried a complete uninstall yet I get the same results.no adult or zinc games,it doesnt matter if filters are on or off I always get the same amount of games 9900

I dont know where things went wrong but now no adult games show up,my filters arent working at all,mahjong shows up still,and regardless of whether filters are on or off,whenever i update the list i always have the same amount of games 9900 also not to long ago it used to take some time to update the list,now its done in under 2 minutes,even if verify roms is on now I cant my zinc games to show up either

I was just thinking something if I have the I want clones option turned on,would that override the filters list?arent clones just pretty much the same game just different version of it?like marvel vs capcom japan is just a clone of marvel vs capcom? so even if I have filters on and have japan as one of the filters wouldnt it still show up if I want clones is on?

yup i always update the list after changing menu items.im going to try and delete my favorites.ini and see if that will work by audit,you mean scan\fix?

nope i got rid of all custom lists I even tried turning off all filters,and set all other options to allow for all games to show,there should be 10207 total games as of mame0141u1,i only get 9900

It seems my filters are not working.it doesnt matter if they are on or off,i always get 9900 games,where there should be 10,207 as of the newest mame update being 141u1 with all filters off.Also no mahjong\no adult does not work either.anyone,any idea's?

this is strange.first I updated my games list and at first I had 9900 mame games,I shut gameex down,turned it back on and now I only have 7101 games.also it seems the icons are all messed up.games like 1on1gov and 10 yard fight have pacman icons,the pacman games have sega icons,and games like pengo and a few other really old games have naomi and naomi 2 icons.pretty strange,anyone else having any issues?

I have not used mameui in awhile so I just downloaded it,enabled cheats in mameui,tried it through GameEx and cheats worked.When you press tab cheats is a option under video then you turn cheats on\off.I did nothing other then what I said in the above post :)This is my command line that I used. -nowindow -joy -skip_gameinfo -cheat

Raitsa: the cheat file downloaded from pugsy's cheats is a double zip(download the zip file,not the 7zip).you have to unzip the first one and then you will have 2 .txt files and another zip called cheat.zip(DO NOT UNZIP CHEAT.ZIP!!).it is that one (cheat.zip)that you put in your mame directory then you go to the gameex advanced settings and add -cheat your command line.and when adding your your command line make sure there is a space between arguments example: -joy -triplebuffer -cheat -nowindow. hope this helps you out

am I to assume that gozers' 3d cabs are different then the ones available for download on the gameex homepage? and if they are,we most likely arent able to use both?

cause I cant get them to work.some of them work,but they are missing sides,they dont load and sometimes I have to click on a system,and GameEx does something ive never seen it do before,it says "loading settings"

I am extremly happy,as most of you must know by now,the NY jets are going home they are such a classless team,with the most classless one being their fat pig of a head coach i guess he was thinking of food or feet when it was time to pick a winning play :)
