  1. I think the ppl at that site I posted a few up,it say there that its patched so the time sensitive events work as they should.thats cool about the 2nd map, they call it the 4th quest They also have a complete restoration version, that plays just like the original There also is a remake of link to the past, with a few things changed around.I havent been able to figure out how to begin, when i load it i seem to start in the middle of a random dungeon with 6-7 hearts! UPDATE:GOT IT! it is remake of LttP!this is great! Actually there is two.one is a remake,a exact port of LttP on snes, the other is a different story that takes place after LttP.Japanese gamers always got the better games back in the day LOL! All the BS Zelda info you need

    Bluebox theme

Yea its not really a big deal I was just curious. I was just adjusting options in another theme (media center v1)and I could change both the size and type of font through advance config. Hey Adultery, have you ever played Cyvern on Mame? its really good!

    Bluebox theme

Anyone know why this theme requires you to edit the theme.ini file to change things such as the font type and size?every other theme I have used you can change these options from either the advanced config or the setup wizard.
  4. I have the same problem, also another arcade emulator games dont show either when added to the favorites list
  5. Awesome, thanks bud.ip's werent the same all good now
  6. Is there a faq for game extender anywhere?I just cannot get it to connect,I remember trying when i first started with gameex, and im trying again all i get is "Game extender is unable to connect to 90.0.0.0.retrying" Im not using a router with my gaming machine,it is hooked directly up to a modem
  7. Once again Tom,I have to thank you for including one of my suggestions in GameEX (system Bio in pop up window) Great Work as usual Tom,did you make any changes to the 3d alpha blending? It looks much cooler now,for some reason
  8. Unfortunately I have heard that zsnes does not work
  9. just a quick heads up i dont know which snes emu you guys use,but i primarily use bsnes, but bsnes will only load the BS zelda game,snes9x has loaded just about every BS game i threw at it
  10. Here is some interesting BS game info I find it amazing that some people still had the BS memory card that just happened to have these games still on it
  11. there is a BS chronotrigger, and a BS f zero and a few others.they are not hard to find...

    Emulation poll

I only buy used games for ps2,xbox 1 and cube.when i buy new games they are always unopened,i wont buy a preowned "new"game.
  13. This is a excellent idea, and i second it! Oh and Tom,Im loving all the recent updates to Gameex, but we REALLY,REALLY,REALLY need to have the pop up descriptions available for all versions of themes.I really like the media center v.1 theme, but i want to remove a few things from the screen, mostly the 2nd image that displays under the video\snap of the game, and select line 1 & 2,and list number on the bottom that way the pop-up descriptions are able to be read clearly cause now they blend in with whatever text is behind it
  14. you wont be disappointed my friend! as such,I have grabbed a copy of parrellel worlds, man is this guardtower hard!I think i may wait until the author releases 2.0,he said he would be lowering the difficulty of a few places in game, most notably, the guardhouse
  15. @celly its BS Zelda, its not a hack,it was a real game http://bszelda.zeldalegends.net/ great thing about this rom is that it isnt even illegal to own,as this game was never available in a retail setting, and even if you did buy a satellaview, the satellite isnt broadcasting this game anymore this game is heavily patched by these guys at that link, because originally, certain things happened at certain times of the day
  16. So i just finished the original legend of zelda, but its not what you think.the zelda i played was one i never had played before.it was a remake of the original nes classic, but it was only released in japan and was only available through the SATELLAVIEW and get this...you could only play at certain times! (4pm---7pm japan time) definelty a great game for zelda fans
  17. I have just been converting them.. I believe shark007 includes ffd

    MAME vector

ok I have a problem, for some reason I cannot run mame vector games in direct 3d,they run unplayably slow, but if i change to direct draw they run fine.now is there a way to have mame switch to direct draw when running vector games?i know it can be done with mameui,as there is a separate ini for vector games, but not for CL mame does anyone know how to create a vector.ini in CL mame? UPDATE: I figured it out after posting (as always!) it seems you can just make a copy of the mame.ini and rename it vector.ini Do i need -videod3d in my gameex mame CL,if it is set in the mame.ini?
  21. Hello everyone now before anyone gets the wrong idea, this poll is purely just for fun. To me,emulation was always about preserving classic games before the hardware they ran on does not work anymore. lets face it,there will be a time when every Atari 2600 console ever manufactured will stop working, then what is to happen to the software that ran on that hardware?lost to time? that would be irresponsible on our part,as these games are gaming history. Now as computers get faster and faster, and emulation software gets more and more sophisticated, games are being emulated that are still available in a retail setting.(I do not care about the second hand market like ebay, because not everyone has $500.00 to drop on Swordquest Waterworld) My very good friend emulates whatever he can get his hands on,and laughs at me when I go to gamestop and buy gamecube,ps2,or xbox 1 games, but I feel that these game developers deserve to get paid for their hard work. To all my GameEX friends that do emulate newer consoles, please dont get upset with me,as im not passing judgement on any of you.Thank you
  22. Tom,I was wondering if you could include download service utility updates in GameEx updates. You are the author of the emumovies download service utility, right?

    Virtual NES

there is VIRTUANES and there is also VIRTUAL NES virtual nes doesnt sound very fun,it seems that someone must have actual nes carts in their possession to play the games online.... might be better off with mess\clientservermess....

    ZInC

Take it from me,you are much better off using the gameex integrated zinc support,I had all sorts of issues trying to use it as a separate emu.use aldo's gui to setup controls.the integrated support shows all the games,i couldnt get all games to show as a standalone.trust me,I have spent more time (and Freq has spent more time helping me)troubleshoot zinc
