I owe you one nullPointer! Ever since you turned me on to Bundle Stars I've been pretty impressed with it. Pretty much every Jack game except the latest entry for $3.99 is a steal! My wife and I love to play this game, and I don't have to tell you how hard it is to find games we can both play. Check it out fir yourself: http://www.bundlestars.com

Hey Uber, which Plugins are causing issues with the window sizing? I'm finally on 8.1 and i would like to take a look at them if they're mine.

Okay. It looks like I will have to add in a function to pull the INI and scan for variables that I'm not getting from GameEx. I was planning on doing that anyway to support more variables, no biggie. Before that can you try this one for me and post the plugin log again? I changed how I retrieve the variables from the IntPtr.

Can you verify your ROM path is RomPath=C:\Roms\Sony Playstation\Roms ? I have a plan on how to address this since GameEx doesn't seem to be passing me the ROM Path for whatever reason. I just want to make sure it's necessary first.

Would you ever so kindly post your GameEx.ini for me?

Try this one. I won't need the batch file, just the dev log. Please also delete the settings file for the plugin one more time if you would be so kind, I tweaked something unrelated and want to verify that it works. I really appreciate all your help Lighty. I owe this build to you if I ever fix it. It's really hard for me to test cases like this because I don't use the ROMs in folders setting at all.

Oh whoopsies! I figured it out... I forgot to add the ROM path variable to my worker class. Try this one for me.

I know, it's a problem with the rom in folders setting. Just needed to see where is happening. Hang tight.

Try this one. Same process as before. I also fixed the batch file.

Gotcha! One sec.

Okay. Try the attached. Then open the plugin configuration and check "Debug Mode". Click save. Open GameEx. Launch the game. If it doesn't work, please post the log before you open the plugin configuration. While you're in there look and see if there's a batch file in that directory.

Is there a plugin log?

And you verified the command line in the GameEx emulator setup shows [DTLOADER-SCSI] ?

Is there a check mark next to the plugin name in Plugin Manager?

Did you download the update I posted in the first post? If not, please do so. Try and launch the game again via GameEx with the new version, then click the button in the plugin configuration to run the batch file the plugin created if it didn't mount correctly. If it didn't work, please post the log for the plugin (the gx log won't be necessary) and the contents of the batch file. It may also help to navigate to GameEx > Plugins > DT Mount and delete the settings.xml before you try it again to ensure you're working off a clean slate. There's a chance that one of the core changes i made broke something. I also turned down the plugin sleep setting and might have to turn it back up if the mount isn't completing before the emulator runs.

So the bat file i initially sent on works? Not an edited one, make sure you try the original zip.

Well the next step is to uninstall DT and reinstall it again, having multiple drives installed will make it not work. I will add multiple drive support in a future update but it may take a while.

The thing here is that loading from the batch file is the same as loading from command-line, which takes GameEx out of the equation. We need to get DT to load an iso outside GameEx first. Do you have more than one virtual drive installed? Try changing the 0 in the mount command to 1. Or try and uninstall DT and reinstall it.

Just for arguments sake... Did you try running the batch file as administrator just to rule that out? Maybe grab a confirmed iso like nas4free and see it that mounts via command line?

Well I'm not sure what to tell you... Are you sure it's an scsi drive? I know that bat works because it mounts files for me just fine. Right click the bat and select edit, and remove scsi, (including the comma) and save it, then try again. The plugin isn't going to do you any good if we can't mount via CL anything outside of GameEx. If you mean that is happening in GameEx turn off can friendly controls. Otherwise you may just need to take out the trackball and clean it out on the inside.

Great time for deals no doubt! I just snagged Alone in the Dark and several others for $ 5 from Bundle Stars yesterday, and Pinball Arcade Season 2 for 50% off the day before. Gonna be a great holiday!

It's just so much better with the original cp. If i bought an authentic cab, it would be Tron. Then this one.
