  1. Coolio. New release coming soon.
  2. No, don't try that one.
  3. Ship shipley, I had the emu number at 1000, MAME is 0. WTF, me? LOL! Yeah and I fixed the no argument bug too. Delete your settings again (last time I promise) and set it up one more time for me using this:
  4. OK. Can you delete your Settings.xml and start over for me? See if this doesn't help (the previous version had a bug in the XML writing, which your settings confirm). I must not have uploaded it correctly the first time, IDK. Try this one out and let me know: EDIT: If you didn't wanna delete the settings I respect that, but at least delete the following entries in red before you run the latest version:
  5. Hold on a sec, maybe the wrong version got uploaded somehow.
  6. Did you download it off the download portal? That version may be newer. Can you also upload your runitgame.bat for me after you download the most recent version? Make sure you don't download the one under previous versions.
  7. Nice work Drac! It's all downhill from here.
  8. No worries, I just don't fully understand what's being done here. As the women say, it's not you it's me.
  9. Launching my app in the startup folder makers it the last thing to load and then adds a customizable delay, so I'm not sure what you mean by your comment about focus loss (after the delay GameEx is launched cleanly). Maybe I'm missing something here? No matter. Do your thing. :-)
  10. That's probably true, he probably loads the whole thing into memory. I think you can run the setup wiz from external applications and GameEx reloads the ini, but I'm just not sure on that.
  11. Damn bud! Take a nap would ya! JK.
  12. That's what I thought too. I thought maybe you were writing to the ini on the fly. Still doesn't rule out the option of a plugin, I already know how to hook the media player without a dll. So, about that kickstarter...
  13. I can't say if that will work out or not. I've heard of it but no ideas on how it works. You may want to snag Tempest and ask him.
  14. This might be doable if one placed an empty select.wav in the GameEx theme folder and a quick and dirty plugin was created to play a random sound during the menu change event... Hmmm.... Let me get a kickstarter account up real quick.
  15. It has been a life changer for me anyways! Congrats Tom on watching your baby grow!
  16. Well my secret is that I try to milk each level as long as I can and I make sure to grab everyone's tips. And I always nail the bonus game.
  17. Hope? Hope is for suckers. You will do it, mi amigo, because you have free will and strength. You got this!
  18. You're probably right, but I was hoping we could get some golden tee or shuuz in the mix. Understandable if we can't though.
  19. Well whoop! There it is! :-)
  20. Too bad I don't have one or this plugin would already exist.

Sad if you really think about it, although I admittedly haven't opened a book since the kindle.
  22. Yeah it would be a lot of leg work if you didn't automate it, that's for sure.
  23. Probably by checking the status of the parent and clone from the mame output and comparing the status.
  24. As stated in another post, I don't have this problem and I 7-zip all my images (which are bin/cue in this case). I am using an older version of DT though (pretty much figure if it ain't broke don't fix it). I can check my version when I get home if it helps you out any.
  25. The way GameEx processes mame is completely different from the way out processes emulators. The closest you'll get is having static snaps of control panels named the same as the rom or using Headkaze's CP wizard, assuming we're on the same track.
