for ages now my cab has been exiting from the screensaver, just when i see a game i want to play i start to play it then it turns off after ive pressed a few buttons on my joypad,is there a way to set it to exit only by escape key thanx,, any ideas welcome maybe there is a setting im overlooking

HELL YES i love gameex it runs well most of the time and if it dont you soon fix it, you impliment idea's from users, i check the website for updates every day i get home from work and first thing in the morning lol just to see new features added and paying for it makes me feel ive joined this gaming GANG it is definatly value for money chears tom

i have exactly the same problem i just put it down to a bug in that version but its the same with the new version,, every time i launch gameex it minimises and still runs in the background, and no i cant maximise it as it reminimises, if i keep trying to maximise it over and over, 1 in 30 it will stay maximised,but ive had it minimise during gameplay as well,, the only programs i have running on the machine is avg and deamon tools its been like this for about a fortnight now im not sure if its a version problem (bug) or my machine geforce 6500 pcie 256mb p4 3,0ghz hp 1gb ram ddr1

hi guys does psx support multitap, i know that epsxe does but ive got psx working lovely but i got a 4 player arcade machine, so i could do with a multitap,,,,,maybe there is a plugin or something

im still trying to find the solution to this problem with all my emulators i,e snes nes megadrive n64 ect, i have a lot of doubles in all emu's the thing with doubles is that they are either japanese or hacked roms, and they play almost exatly like the originals or uk roms, if i were to do it manually it would take years, good tools gets rid of a lot of them ,but i dont think there is a good set of amiga, i would be interested to know how well amiga works in gameex,as thats 1 emu i am missing

i have the latest psx emu but i have this same problem for months,(not sure if i have asked this already) when i play a game from gameex it will load 2 out of three times fine but the rest it loads but you cant see the video you can hear it and play it but no picture,, i have recently added the (-f) command in the command line and that worked for the first 10 or so times, is there a fullscreen when start option or something cus its really buggin me, i dont want to be tempted to go to another emu as this one works fine when it works , just need a solution i am using the .cdz format wich is a compressed vursion of bin\ccd any ideas p,s the reosn y its not showing video is because its not in full screen, as when i press alt enter it comes back on,,

im hopeing to get all of the ps1 games that are british or usa so i need to know roughly how many there are so i can get a big enough hard drive,, just a ball park figure will do i,e 200 2000 20000

i had the problem with it that it would play in gameex but not able to see the game i fixed it by adding the -f command in the command line option and it works fine now -f is for fullscreen example psxfin.exe -f "blah blah"

im tryin a program called bootskin it appears to have worked with a sonic startup (quite cool) hey maybe someone could make a gameex one that would be cool

does anybody use bootscreens as ive heard it can cause problems with windows, and does anybody have any good ones like sonic or mario

i think it might be better if i could just play a screen saver game and if i dont i just press esc to get to gameex, because i have a lot of poeple around my place and for instance golden axe will pop up, "ooh can i play that " but it keeps exiting then i have to find the game , any chance of an option to enable only esc to exit screensaver, thanx

its going to take me months to creat snaps for all my games, and as good tools has renamed my roms as they should be , im wondering if there is a place to download the snaps or vids from, maybe there is a torrent or dc++ hub or something, i,e genesis snaps nes snes snaps n64 snaps\videos please post links and is there an nintendo ds good tool

sometimes its just trial and error i tendo to go to the emulator zone and use the top 2 emu's for the system and see wich works best

i made good copys of about 50 ps1 games using magic iso, and psx emulator can compress the iso, even more with its own buit in converter, making an average image of about 340mb

how do i stop the gamepad exiting the screensaver when i try to play a game that catches my eye it seems to be the 3rd button

i got the same problem i got 5000 roms and on about 200 show up it must be a bug and i have turned on all settings in the config to show all roms and the filters are off

no i tryied every refresh rate my monitor could handle 60 71 75 85 and no luck and resolution of 800,600 and 1024,768 no luck that was the first thing i thought of the thing is, is that cassini works in full screen but i can get it workin in gameex without using batch files and stuff ive just tried the new alpha 6 and no luck still

i can get cassini workin fine but not sure how to get it workin with gameex

i'll downlad street fighter zero Alpha and try that then, hopefully that will work
