it is definatly to do with the advanced config, as it is enabled and when i disable it , it doesnt exit on escape, but then my joysticks dont work, i have checked everything in the advanced config and all seems ok, i,e escape to exit = false the only to things enabled are the first one wich enables the config and the keys to gamepad

i have just turned the map button off and it is still doing it

but thats sounds like a tempory fix and wont work for all my pc games,ive had this problem for about a year ,

when i press escape to change weopen (call of duty)it ends the game wich is very annoying when i am in an intence game,i have checked all my options and all seem ok any ideas

i have just replaced the gameex,exe with the one you posted,i then loaded gameex, and went into emulators fine then into snes and it cached for 20 mins, OUCH then i rebooted and it was a lot quicker, i have uploaded 4 logs in order as this before changed gameex,exe strait after changed gameex,exe reboot 1 reboot 2 even the second reboot was quick,still a pause but reasonable hope this helps before_changed_gameex_exe.txt strait_after_changed_gameex_exe.txt reboot_1.txt reboot_2.txt

well u told me lol btw where on earth do u find these ancient systems in the first place, they must be rare as rocking horse sh*t

you actually take photo's of computers when there are millions on google images , you need some sort of hook on the website ,like the ability to download all screenshots of roms in cirtain named formats, it still needs a lot of work but it looks ok for an early stage website, keep us informed

here you go m8, it says something about not caching , i have also tried booting up gameex then leaving it till attract mode, and after that it works fine, dunno if that helps log.txt

ok i just done a test i did exajurate a little,lol gameex started up as normal and when i went into the emulators all is ok but when i click a game it takes exactly 2 mins and 35 secs to bring up the play this game page, p,s my specs are as follows geforce 6500 1gb ram pentium 4 3,0ghz hyperthread and i have 27 emulators plus mame i got 46810 games in total (you could do with making a little counter at the start of gameex )

im just going to double check now, i probably exajurated a bit, but its way noticable as usually it is within 2 seconds

no probs, and yea i am using about 25 emulators, and i love the other systems feature, is there anyway to cach at startup and not when i acctually look for a game cheers

im not using karaoke but i got a problem i just updated gameex from 49 to 60 and now when i go into any game emulator and click a game u would usually get the page that says click play to start (or something) but it takes about 10 mins for that to appear, i tried 2 restarts and checked to see if i changed anything,wich i didnt, any ideas on that one p,s i do get the scrolling bar whilst waiting and i just realised that it only does it once, like it caches all the games for about 10 mins then its ok still id like to turn that caching down or off if thats the problem

hi guys ive finally got the pcsx2 playstation 2 emulator working ok, has anyone got a working config thanx i have it working now using a config i found on here,,,but it wont go fullscreen,the comand i normally use is send keys %~ but i cant as there is already a command in the send keys called %fr wich if i replace it wont work and i dont know how to have both commands being sent, any ideas

well i opened a rather popular topic about this a while ago i just want to touch on it while im re doing my arcade machine,as i want guns p,s if u looked at the previouse light guns topics u will realise i touched on it years ago

im mailny interested in lcd topgun as i bought 2 of them and my comp keeps saying unrecognised device after a few hours, i have been looking at the nintendo wii guns has anybody got that to work yet as cordless guns would be nice
